Workers are super nice, and burgers are awesome.
Went to this Chambersburg location for the first time on February 18, 2022 on our way back from visiting Shippensburg University. My wife, two daughters, and I enjoyed our burgers and fries; they were very good. The cashier was very friendly. She and the other two ladies were working hard to get customers' orders taken and food prepared and to customers. Our order was fulfilled, from start to finish, within the usual amount of time expected, if not a bit quicker, for a Five Guys.The only issue is parking in the spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Because of a drive-thru, vehicles that park there get blocked in.If my daughter attends Shippensburg University, glad that she will have a good Five Guys fairly close by that won't require her to get on the interstate to get there.
We both got burgers ...rare in the middle ..they made us new ..still rare ...absolutely the worse bugers we've ever had ..threw 25 dollars of trash in the garbage ..where it belongs ...will be going elsewhere
We had a very large order, and they filled it with speed and excellence.
I have gotten food here 4 times in 2 months because my daughter loves their burgers. The food takes forever. Today I ordered 30 minutes earlier online and still waited another 5 once I arrived to watch them prepare the burger. Food is great. People are friendly but this is not fast food. This is slow food disguised as fast food. Would never recommend if you have somewhere you are trying to be soon after.

Ordered a basic hamburger, a "Little Fry" and a regular soda. The total cost was $17.88. That is absurd. The burger was dripping with grease. The fries were very good, the iced tea was just plain tasteless. Why anyone would go back and pay $17,88 for a basic hamburger meal is crazy. I did forget that they had peanuts to eat while waiting for the food.
Hands down the best place to get a burger and fries. Seriously. They are so ridiculously good. Well worth the price, and they've never gotten my order wrong. 10/10
Great place to take family or friends but there is one thing that they need to change. There is no where to park when the drive thru for Starbucks is so long. They should have built them in reverse, five guys near the traffic light.
