We just bought a large vanilla and a large chocolate milkshake…or so we thought!! Turns out is was just vanilla and chocolate milk. There was no consistency to the shake at all. Milk shakes are supposed to be thicker than the whipped cream they put on top however this was not the case. After spending $10 for the drinks I wish I had something better to say but sadly I don’t!!
Paid 12$ for a meal, and they served me a burger that seem like it was made 3&4 hours before I got there the cheese was all dried up sauce look like it saturated and the bun that was hard as a rock?make sure u check ur sandwich before u leave...won't be back terrible!!! Also the manager/owner short indian guy didn't seem real friendly.
Love the ice cream and had lunch here for the first time and the Flamethrower burger was so good.
The blizzards and shakes here are outstanding. The food is a little underwhelming with quality.
If could give zero stars I would. Went in to this Dairy Queen today. There were 2 workers, a cook and cashier. My sister and I were the only ones in the store. We were waiting to place our order for food. Suppose cashier was working a slightly busy drive thru. But we were “ looked” at number times by both workers, but NEVER once acknowledged. Not even a “ Hi, We’ll be right with you”. Needless to say after being completely ignored for about 10 minutes we walked out and went elsewhere to eat. We won’t be back there again. Horrible customer service!!
Never have bad customer service here. Coworkers are friendly & dinning area is nice & cleaned. I always go the one on lincoln way east location.
Finally! Someone who knows how to make the fudge mocha blizzard! I've tried them in several states between PA and Florida. Who knew the best one was right here at home!
Immature staff. Too many kids wanting to play around instead of working. First time I have ever seen multiple blizzards fall out of the cup because they had sat on the counter for too long before being served.
Customer service is absolutely terrible, I've never been treated so rudely before by someone who works in customer service. This will be the absolute last time this place gets any of my money.
