Be aware,The staff named Johanna is a big time cheater.I ordered a bowl online on March 22 and they messed up with my order and somethings were missing so I called and the gentleman offer me the new bowl as I didn’t want to go back he committed me the order anytime in future so I went again on March 27 and asked for my order and Johanna charged me $11.93 for the complimentary order which is more than a new order saying that we will give you only those things which were missing because the other things you got in previous order which was messed and if you want you have to pay.I ordered chicken bowl previously with chips and tortillas for that I already paid but for the new complimentary bowl she charged me for tortillas, chicken and chips as those were as per my order and I got them previously. That means if you get Chicken patty burger instead of Vaggie patty by mistake so next time they will give you only Veggie patty as you already got bread, pickle and cheese in previous messed order. Totally ridiculous
Tried to order a taco salad, attempted to explain what I wanted. Told the guy I wanted hard chips, I ended up with 3 soft taco's. Will not be returning.
You can be 100% sure that every single time you visit this chipotle, one or more items will be unavailable, be it black beans, fajitas, lettuce, guac, etc. Really sucks to pay full price for a veg bowl without guac or without lettuce. Also sucks as a vegetarian to watch them stick the fajita bean and salsa spoons deep into everyone's chicken and steak bowls and then they cross contaminate those spoons with into your veg bowl. Also of the 4 staff I saw, only 1 had their masks covering their nose. Like, don't even bother at that point? Either wear it properly or don't bother.
I don't like to make complaints, but this is literally the third time in a row that my order got messed up. Last time, I was given sour cream, and I'm allergic. This time, they didn't even give me my guac, and I ordered a veggie bowl. It should've came with my bowl for free. It's literally the whole reason why I ordered it, but now y'all are closed and I can't even get a refund for. I'm just upset because it's not like you guys are close, so I drive an hour total to come get food and it's always messed up.
The Chambersburg location has to be one of the better ones I have been to. While the line was long and they didn't have fajita veggies, they expedited food quickly and efficiently and the girl manning the start of the line did well communicating the lack of certain items. No surprises. It is almost an hour drive back to my house and the food was still warm! Cannot say that when I get food from Carlisle and they are only 20 minutes from me.
Got my steak bowl with my steak pretty much raw and all fatty. Absolutely terrible
First time visiting here. Fast service, nice atmosphere good food. Costs a little more than the average fast food establishment. But you get a lot of food for your money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Lol they dont know how to burrito
I frequent this location, at least once a week, but lately it has gone down hill. Staff is always extremely slow, and rude. At any given time, there are at least 5-7 people working, and they are always terrible. Two days in a row, I’ve had terrible experiences. Yesterday, I went in there and there was a lady in front of me that had a very large order while I had a simple bowl with 3 ingredients, very easy to make. They proceeded to make my food and let it sit there while the lady in front of my took nearly 10 minutes to complete her order. I simply asked to be rung up so I could go back to work, and they said “no she’s almost done ordering.” I waited a little longer and new that by the time I got my food I was going to be cold. I asked them to remake it, which they did with a lot of attitude and just general rudeness. I left and didn’t think too much of it as I also work in a restaurant and know that people have off days sometimes. However, today I went in again and it was mostly the same people working, but much fewer customers. While I was ordering my food, I noticed a girl taking down all the bags of chips, but I saw a huge bowl of them sitting in the back, so I figured they were just going to make more bags. I asked for a small bag of chips at the register, and the lady says “Oh sorry we are out of chips right now”. I looked at her confused and just pointed to the giant bowl in the back. She did not offer any further explanation, just that they were out of chips, which was clearly a lie. And then while I was getting my money out the employee turned around and said to her coworkers “she made us remake her food yesterday because I wouldn’t let her cut in line”. I cannot believe the rudeness of this staff. I am not sure what the manager is doing or letting the employees to, but something is clearly wrong with this store. Perhaps they should shut down and shut down and retrain everyone.
The customers service was on point! Food was fresh and awesome as always.Not once have I went to this location and been disappointed. Always clean and neat and the environment is good
