Just double charged me for an already paid order, then acted clueless when I pulled up the receipt. After getting my order already kinda frustrated with them the order has only 1 out of 3 that I actually paid for. Once confronted upon this again the same ordeal happened with them being clueless. Had to charge back and request refund from the food pickup app and my bank in order to solve this whole issue and in the end never got what I even ordered for to begin with. Order from here at your own risk and always keep your receipt in hand if you're picking up unlike me.
Have always enjoyed going to China Wok for take out. Food was always fresh and good portions, and we'll priced. Past several times the Crab Rangoon (only cheese filing) has been like shoe leather and cold, combination platters have bland fried rice in 3/4 of container with the main course scarce. Egg rolls taste like they were fried in old grease and nuked. In addition to poor quality of food the price has increased each time. After 3 trys, we're going to find another Chinese takeout restaurant.
Not going to lie this place used to be my favorite go-to Chinese food location, I literally used to go there every other day because they were so kind and nice and the food was awesome. But they pick and choose now when they want to deliver to my house, the last time I called I waited an hour and a half and by the second hour I called and told them to cancel it and the lady it was arguing with me saying that he was already on his way and I told her I didn't want cold food and I wanted my refund, I've never in my life seen a place switch up so fast. I always tip very well and they would charge me extra on my delivery fee even though I'm still within the 5 MI, I don't know they were just very rude and I will never order from there again and I will suggest my friends and family do the same.

If there was a ZERO that's what I would give them, they delivered the wrong food we called them back and said 1 order was wrong and asked if they wanted it back and was told No,then she calls back and said she wanted it back, By then it was in the trash and since she had my card number Charged me for the right food, Never again and that is not Legal
