Drive thru was backed up, I was given the wrong food at first. I was a little disturbed that the took the wrong bag from me, even though I had already been in the bag with my hands, and gave it to a different customer. We both had the same name, but different cars listed on the bags. I wasn't given enough sauce for fries. But the food was hot and fresh.
Fast and reliable service as always. This is a recently modified Chick-fil-A that has a double drive through lane. We went just before the end of breakfast and worried we wouldn’t order in time. The staff easily assisted us and the food was great. This location does provide an outdoor dining option. Payment is collected at a booth and food is provided at a separate window. Water is only provided in small cups which was news to me. I was disappointed I was not provided the option to pay for a larger cup.
OMG! I can buy my favorite sauce by the bottle !! Thanks William for letting me know this secret. Also If you haven't gotten a gallon of sweet tea for home then you are missing out.*update* Nice new drive thru cover is pretty sweet and going to be great at helping keep those awesome crew member warm and dry.
First off love that we are able to sit down and enjoy dinner with out take out as the Martinsburg Chick-fil-A i is still only drive thru with no reason. We love less than 15 mins from the Martinsburg Chick-fil-A but rather drive the distance to have a real Chick-fil-A experience. The service is great and the food hot and of course refills on your drink as you eat. With young kids eating in the car is not an option for us. Glad this location is back open for Dine In
I love Chick-fil-A! This one has great service both fast and friendly! Order is always correct and the foods always hot!
Great service. Quick curbside. Tasty food. Never have an issue at this chick fil compared to the one in my home town. I would recommend people take the 30 minute drive up here to get treated like a valued customer.
I was out with my family when we decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A because the dine in was open as opposed to one by us. Unfortunately all the food was cold. The fries were soggy and cold, the chicken was cold to the touch. They offered to remake the food and did, unfortunately the food wasn't much warmer. It's as if the food was just sitting there for a long time before chick fil a pasted it off. Unfortunately my family and I will not be coming back anytime soon even if the dining room is open. I would much rather head down the street to one of the mom and pop restaurants.
Fantastic as always! The wonderful guy takiny order suggested trying chocolate in my frosted coffee. He ordered 2 pumps in mine and said it'd be a game changer. Boy was he right?! I'll be doing this EVERY time now!
As always Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant around. Your food is always fresh. The sweet tea is awesome. Keep up the good work. Always friendly and always saying my pleasure.
Very disappointed went for breakfast and normally I am able to substitute my hash browns for a kale salad and today they told me that they can’t do that it’s only for lunch ok so I get to the window to pay I asked if I can get a little bowl of whipped cream for my dog because they do that and this so the older man said that he needs a cup of whip cream and some young kid tells him they don’t do that because it’s expensive lol it’s just funny how they can’t do a lot of things today this place is always packed I would have be fine if they charged me for the whip creamService was a disappointment stop being cheap and one min you can get kale salad for breakfast and this time you can’t
