They don’t even deserve one star!!!! Not a single item was correct!!!! The receipt correct but the food is no where near close to what we ordered. When I asked about it the guy in the back wearing slides with no socks walked away from us and wouldn’t help. No one would even acknowledge us after that. Not to mention there was only three tables with people sitting and one car in the drive through!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!
I went to this establishment today. The drive thru was completely empty, the lady ask me to wait before taking my order, it passed 5 minutes and she still did not took my order. Then another car came on the other lane and they took his order right away.Of course I left and went to another Burger King were the customer service is incredible.
First of all it was 8:30a…. Person taking our order was very unprofessional. She was talking to someone else while we was trying to order. We got our food… it was cold… went to give my husband his breakfast sandwich the cheese wasnt even melted & the hash browns were dried up. I didn’t get to take a picture of the sandwich because I went inside to show them & to get my 3pc French toast sticks that they forgot to give us. But you would think you would be getting fresh food considering it being early in the morning & it being remodeled. Disappointed
Forgot my Whopper in the bag. The doors were locked I couldn't get inside. I had to go back around through the drive-thru which was busy. It was close to 11:00 p.m. which was closing time so I do understand what was going on.
Terrible. Wasn't even busy and completly messed up my order and had to ask for a cup a straw plus the young girl working there possible manager she had a attitude like she didn't want to be bothered. Focus on getting customers orders right. Will not be returning plus the food was terrible .could tell it has sat there a while. Need to get a grip on some of your employees attitudes and learn their jobs
If they knew how to work the two lanes, they wouldn’t lose customers. They should know to alternate from one to the other. I unfortunately was on the losing end, so left.
Slowest service ever. They need too hire some adults instead of these kids that don’t give a crap.
Great remodel and atmosphere. Highly experienced management with a clean store.
Foods good because it's hot.... Took forever yesterday in line. Had to get out of line they weren't taking orders and go inside...you decide.
Wow. It's been a while since I saw a true failure in business. Waited over 25 min in drive thru for a sprite and chicken nuggets. Legit people backing up and leaving drive thru. Sat I know 10 min with window down and noone taking orders (talking on the order board) or apparently filling orders as cars just sat there. Someone is out of their depth in running a restaurant. BK corporate. Send help to this team now. I will avoid this BK in the future.
