This is a wonderful place to go. The atmosphere is great, the workers are friendly, and the food is absolutely amazing. Best Nachos I have ever had! I'll be going back, very soonAlso, Courtney is a wonderful, friendly, and attentive waitress, one of the best you could have. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone!
In Chambersburg PA for our niece's graduation from Wilson College and the family decided to stop for lunch at the local Buffalo Wild Wings. Been a few years since my last visit to BWW, and I was quickly reminded why we like it so much. As a photographer I typically take my own images of food for these reviews, but my wings smelled so good I couldn't wait! I got the Orange Chicken & Hot Wings 10 peice and they were spectacular. Kudos to the staff who were always ready for a drink refill and the awesome service. Keep up the good work!!!
My husband and I got there when they opened at 11am, we spontaneously stopped to get lunch. The door was still locked, we could see employees inside. Then a few minutes later the manager got there, unlocked the door and let us in. Service was okay. No one seemed friendly or made us feel welcome in any way. Food wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t drive all this way again just to eat there. Biggest complaint was how dirty the restaurant was. Food still on chairs and the booth we were seated in had crumbs all in it.
To explain. We came in with a "winning it all" high school boys baseball team, all the coaches, wives, children and friends. There was a BIG bunch of us. Gotta give credit to the few waitresses that were working though, they did provide a good service. Case in point, my table ordered alot of appetizers!!!. They brought them out as fast as they long slender legs could move. The reason I only gave this place a two star was because the food tasted not good!!!! I've been to my buffalo wild wings IN ERIE PENNSYLVANIA and believe me when I say the food there is so much better. Appetitizers were greasy and had a funny taste to them. The quantities were generous but having alot of something not tasting good doesn't equal a 3 star review!!!
Told a 20 minute wait More like an hour to get seated 20 more minutes for food to come out Told I was on the list Waited 45 minutes, asked was told he called me, he didn’t. He lied , I was sitting right there. Had to wait longer to get seated Had to ask for a manager Was total bs!
If I could have given this place less than one star I would have! I called at 3pm to reserve a table for 30 people @530pm the guy said ok! I called again around 4pm to see if we could add 5 people and I was told yes by a different person this time. 35 people arrive at 530pm to be greeted by a super rude manager who tells us she can't seat us and that they don't take reservations... I explained to her that I had called and talked to two different people and no one said they didn't do reservations. They did the opposite. They took my reservation... she informed me we could wait and hour or leave! So we found a Red Robin down the road. We had to split the group but they were extremely accommodating.

Bartender was in other words lazy. I'm a server. I wanted a frozen alcohol beverage. Bartender fused and came up with a reason not to get it. I was very disappointed. 1st of all. As a Bartender/server anything customer service.. you should make whatever your customer wants, unless you don't have it in store/on hand. 2nd of all for the company it bad business to carry yourself that way.They definitely need more people who care about their job! And customer serving.
Called on a short notice for party of 20 and they handled in like Champs. Waitress did her thing and was up beat. Food was hot and right on time. Was a little nippy in the building for my grandfather but but all in all great service.
