I LOVED this little cafe. They have a savory special that rotates for crepes as well as many sweet crepes and waffles. When I was there it was the sweet chili barbacoa. It was delicious! Also got a latte, Hawaiian sea salted caramel. The beefy guy with the accent behind the counter, who I presume is the owner, must pick out details of the patrons. An anchor was drawn in chocolate on top of my latte, resembling the anchor of my necklace which means a great deal to me. It was a light hearted surprise. I’d recommend this thoughtful little place to anyone. Shout outs to Ukraine everywhere as well.
My husband and I can't stand for any length of time and the only menu was above the cash register. I ordered the Lemon Drop Crepe and it was wonderful. Tangy lemon with sweet blueberries on top and a little whipped cream. Excellent coffee. Food and drinks were brought to the table.
Went here recently with my family. The staff (and owner) are friendly and helpful. Lots of neat combinations. Food was ready quickly and thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.
I went to Brussel’s cafe with a friend and I was pleasantly surprised with the efficient customer service. Their menu has a variety of foods to choose from and the food was good quality in itself. I as a coffee lover, loved their espresso beverages they’re full of flavor and have that caffeine kick that I need.

Very nice and friendly staff....I had at hot chocolate made with Belgium chocolate...it was delicious but I'm not used to my drink being that thick and that rich....but it was delicious.?
finally try the waffles for the first time they were awesome nice and crispy on the outside fluffy in the center and the toppings were fabulous
Brussels Cafe has such a wonderful atmosphere, where the baristas go out of their way to make your coffee break a special one. Their special one of a kind treats are just that, a delicious experience found nowhere else in Chambersburg!
Overpriced, disgusting. A total waste. They serve waffles and Crepes, of course waffles are not available. The Crepes are way too thick and tasteless.. thank goodness for the everything seasoning they dumped on my plate because it gave the Crepes flavor. Cappuccino are disgusting. My husband and I wasted about $50 for 3 Crepes and 2 Cappuccino. My husband was under the impression that there is a honey flavored Crepes but instead receive a Crepes swimming in honey.
Frozen nutellas are a must try!! Seriously amazing!!! The baked goods are always a treat as well.
