I love to go to Arby's because you get other things than burgers. I got two roast beef in the new wagyu burger for my husband and it was for carryout not dine in. The service was good it wasn't that busy there wasn't a lot of people around. I had no problems with the order being right and today we tried the peach lemonade and it was so good.
The quality of the food was alright, but nothing to brag about. Seems like the quality of the restaurant in general is declining and prices are going up.. not a good combination. The quantity of meat seemed well off where they gave us an original beef sandwich that had a lot more meat in it than a double beef and cheddar sandwich. The staff were rude when we didn't have a coupon with us in the car, but knew it from getting it in the mail last week. They wouldn't honor the coupon (so standard everyone knows of it) and had multiple people talking on the drive threw. Customer service was poor, but food was 5/10. Thank goodness most of the recipes didn't change. The fries were great, nicely done, but they didn't have them ready to go so we had to wait for them. Premium drinks were filled with way too much ice that limited how much we actually got to enjoy. Hopefully they will start treating their customers better and offer more discounts for families who are buying a lot more food.
I got the turkey bacon ? wrap and it was very good ?. Good service as well.
Food is good, but the wait was a bit much at around 10-minutes. The prices are also high in comparison to other fast food, but at least the food is worth the wait.
Love the roast beef and especially the Arby's sauce. Karen is kinda grouchy. Not great at customer service.
Very dissatisfied with our food. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich it came with one tiny spot of ranch, no bacon, and skimpy on the meat. My husband bought the turkey bacon ranch wrap and it had half a piece of bacon and filled with lettuce and one slice of turkey. If I wanted to make my own sandwich at home I would have. Basically had to add ranch and turkey to this sandwich. I’ve had this sandwich before and it was made 10x better. This sandwich was pretty much made half a** and very disappointed.
Their roast beef sandwich and curly fries are so delicious. My food was freshly made. Nice experience without costing alot out of your pocket
