The individual at the register was less then adequate, rude and came across as if me being there was an inconvenience to them.Didn't greet me just stared at me but greeted the person before and after me.It definitely bothered me.*Everyone else seemed fine.
It is very unusual for truck stop restaurants to not at least try to make the orders appealing to the customer. I paid 20$ at a kiosk and was told after there where items missing ;offered replacement that was not equivalent to the out of stock item. All this I let go I just wanted some food. And it’s sad we have to settle for low standards yet all the money is there. Get around to the food the nuggets were not the ones I ordered and the fries were cold. How’s that for the first opportunity to have a meal for the day?!?? Normally, I try another time however this was my second visit and the order was messed up last time as well!
Place was clean food was good but they need more help. They had too many orders that I had to wait for a long time for my food. My order consisted of 3 large fries, 50 piece regular chicken nuggets, and a filet fish sandwich
Very friendly cashier. It was still breakfast but they accommodated us with the salads we wanted. We really appreciated that. That does not happen everywhere you go. To be kind is rare and I appreciate them!
Service was horrible i was in there for 20 mins if it wasn’t for akela I would’ve been in there for 20 more mins bc the other employees kept giving away my food that she made me she was wonderful only person in there that deserve a job people standing around doing nothing and spending ages in the bathroom if akela not there I wouldn’t recommend
Where is the beef? It is right there at Wendys. Good food. Helpful employees. Clean bathrooms. Lots of car and tractor trailer parking.
Apparently there's a shortage on BBQ sauce so I was only given two out of the three I asked for. But another time I went and was given the three I requested. So I guess it's just up to who's at the window and how important they think rationing BBQ sauces should be...
Quick service. Food was decent, but the french fries were not the greatest as they have been pushing in their commercials. Our nuggets and sandwiches were good. But the french fries were barely warm and hard, giving the impression they were "old". Of course this fact was discovered after I was home and delivered the food to the table. By this time it was too late to bother bringing this news to Wendy's attention or driving back out. Guess next time warrants a sampling of the french fries before I leave the parking lot.
I wanted to change my order to a combo at the window however Erin-who claims to be a manager was rude because they are not supposed to change an order by the window. This is news to me since I’ve done it in many other Wendy’s …even if that’s the case she could simply inform me of the rule without being rude. I don’t know how she became a manager but I would recommend that she doesn’t deal with customers. Her attitude and entitlement is uncalled for. Erin if you hate ur job then quite …maybe go to school and better yourself…just don’t spread your negativity to others.
I don't eat ate Wendy's every time I have in past food is terrible
