I really wish there was a way to leave a lower star rating because this place is literally awful. I read the review after leaving and I completely agree with some of them. I worked for subway for years at other locations and this place should be ashamed of how bad they are. We got there at 4pm and there was no one else ordering but it took them forever to get our subs. The food is NOT FRESH. The bread is stale and everything looked like it hadn’t been changed out or replaced by new veggies in forever. The lady who started our order was so rude to us as we walked up. Ordering our food was like trying to tell a toddler what to do because they didn’t know anything. We were having to speak louder so they could hear us but they still didn’t know what we were talking about. My dad asked for salt and pepper and was completely lost on what he was asking. I mean the girl didn’t even know what salt and pepper was?!? That is a MAJOR red flag. The guy at the register had to walk over and show her. How can you work there and not know what the stuff is? Even on my first day working at a subway, I knew what each option was and where it could be located if requested. To top it off, they didn’t even cut the sandwiches even though the older lady said she needed to. If we knew how gross and awful this place was before hand, we would have NEVER ordered from here. I know with family owned stores there isn’t really much someone from the corporate office could do but this place either needs a complete turn around on attitude and training or they should just shut down.
The woman there is greedy and doesn’t accept customers requests for explain if I say more of something like black Pepper she comes up with excuses to hold up on u omg I’m not coming back there u lost my business shame on you
Worst subway I have ever visited in my whole life. Very unprofessional way of making n packing the subway. Plz save your money instead of eating here.
This subway isn't clean and bathrooms were terrible. I should have turned around and walked out but we were hungry. Sign on door required mask but lady preparing food didn't wear one. When asked why she wasnt wearing one she told me the sign was for people who were not vaccinated. Wonder how she knew who was and who was not. Veggies not fresh. Need I say more? Try another place.
My son ordered and he said the food was great but it was a struggle to pay. He was told to pay at other cashier as part of the store, but when he tried to pay with gift card he had to go back to where he ordered and pay there. Oh well. The sub was delicious.

Fast, convenient and delicious. Very friendly couple that were very helpful and accommodating to a traveling family. Also, very conscious of COVID-19 concerns.

The guy serving the sandwich used very little vegetable, much less than other subways. The guy making transactions insisted me taking a chip even though I told him I didn't want it. Then he kept saying a combo a chip like five times. So I asked him if a chip is part of the combo sandwich in his store and he said yes. I took one and immediately he finished the transaction in one second with an extra chip charge. I saw it on his digital screen but the receipt did not show what exactly I was charged, just the total. This is after I already ordered an extra soda. It is not a lot of money, $1.67 for the small chip, but I feel not to have a choice what I order there.
