Was not happy with the service, girl behind the counter started going on about how I looked like a guy. Which whatever, I’m wearing a beanie covering my hair, and a big jacket. But she proceeds to go on saying it doesn’t help your voice sounds like that. She should have just stopped before she even started. She also had ask my boyfriend and i if we could open the bags for her, because she wouldn’t take her gloves off the open the bag to put the subs in. Couldn’t read her name tag, but she had pink hair.
Worst service ever waited 10 min the person at counter didnt even look at us just kept sorting change i asked her if anyone was working and basically she told me she was busy I walked out and so did the people behind me
I am not the one to ever complain about a restaurant or business but the hours posted are until 9 pm. I walked in there at 8:35 and the girl making subs yelled across the room sorry but we are closing soon. There was two people waiting in line. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to make 3 subs. Piss poor service and for someone that takes lunch in the area I will never be back. It just shows you how lazy America is getting.

Found a piece a plastic in my friends meatball sub . Went there last night for dinner and the employee who had been making the subs had an attitude . We had asked if the cookies were made in the last two hours and she looked at us and goes everything is fresh ! That’s a lie ,I could bang the cookies against the dashboard in my car and they were hard as a rock! Very disappointed in these subway , they deserved to be shut down . I recommend the one on Harrisburg pike because the food is always good and the service is great . very disappointing and disgusted with this specific subway !
Ordered from the app. All 3 meals made wrong. How hard is it to follow the order placed? Can you hire people that follow directions smh. Will never be going back to this subway. Stay clear!
