The only Starbucks I’ve ever been too that doesn’t know how to make a simple iced coffee, add syrup, and half and half ? they get it wrong every single time. Y’all I worked for Starbucks about 5 years ago (not this location) and I can promise you I still remember how to make almost all the drinks. It’s not that hard!! I’d say they aren’t training newbies properly at all

Just passing through on road trip… stopped here at random. Had the “new” strawberry funnel cake frap. Staff was fast, very pleasant, and called me by name. Did not disappoint.
The staff at this location is ALWAYS sooo friendly and kind. I always make sure if I’m going to Starbucks to go to this location. Every single time is great service, my order is always correct, and the staff is the nicest ever!
Did a quick stop to get a Frappuccino and had a good stop. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered 3 items and they were good as always.

I have never encountered a cranky Starbucks’ employee. I wonder what their secret is. I just wish they would post their operational hours and keep to the schedule. I can understand abrupt closings with a Pandemic and all, but save us all a trip and post your closings out in front of the store so we are not always getting tangled up behind the store.(or you could just operate according to the schedule.)
today a manager came in from outside and touched my drink cup with bare hands and no gloves during a pandemic
Accidentally placed our mobile order to the Mechanicsburg store, but the drive through staff was super nice about it. They made our drinks anyway and didn't charge us again for them. Would definitely reccomend this store!
