I go here frequently because it’s the only Starbucks in Carlisle that has a drive through. My daily order is a Venti iced coffee… add Carmel syrup, add classic (to make it sweet) and cream (half and half)….. needless to say they get such a simple drink completely wrong every time I go. I make them correct it each time too. I used to work for a Starbucks years ago…. I still remember how to make almost all the drinks. It’s really not that hard. Seems like newbies aren’t being trained properly
This is one of my favorite Starbucks in PA. Amazing staff with a great sense of humor. Always nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing to their customers. Good job!!!

A team member asked if I wanted my change back...what? It's wasn’t asked as part of a donation or charity. I guess she just wanted my change?! Definition of gratuity: something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service. You have to adjust this terrible service formula!
Can't go in. Randomly closed on a regular basis, would not recommend.
Stopped here in between business meetings at hospitals to get some work done. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Was a great place for some coffee and some quick emails. Thanks all!!
The staff was super helpful. Even though they were busy one of the employees did a good job making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
Amazing quick service. Everyone was nice even though they were extremely busy. I'll definitely stop in next time I'm visiting from Florida!
The drinks were good. I get a venti carmal ribbon crunch Frappuccino. And a pup cup for my puppy. Sometimes the drinks are melted. But that's to be expected with long lines.
I always enjoy starbucks, they always have amazing drinks and amazing food! Sometimes the line is a bit long but you can always take a chance and walk in the building to order.
