I had a 16oz lager while waiting for the mushroom and swiss burger with steak fries. I was comfortable even though I was still drying off after walking through heavy rain from the car. I had a good server who checked in on me several times. The burger was delicious but a bit sloppy. If I had choice with a dry burger or an extra juicy, then give me the extra juicy for it will have better taste and texture. I watched a table get a Birthday song from the staff. The steak fries were good. I did like seeing steamed broccoli as a never ending menu option. I got a sundae to finish the meal. I could of sworn that the sundae looked smaller in the photo.
Been here before, but it was years ago. This time around the place felt a bit dirtier, with slick/greasy floors and a horrible sewer smell towards the bathrooms. Once we were seated, things improved. The server was friendly, courteous, and professional, coming by to check on us frequently and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! Banzai Burger, Avocado Bacon Burger, endless fries with that classic Red Robin seasoning, and then tried the new Pineapple Upsidedown Cake Shake!
Can anyone guess what this mystery protein is? Horrible service and worse food. The only thing i enjoyed was my guiness
As always, the meals are more then decent and the waitress was friendly and they were able to accommodate our party of 10 right away at 5:30pm on a Thursday night.
I thought the meal was very good, as seen in the picturesService was some of the best in the area.
The food is good fresh and most folks are decent....but I've never once got my order right here. Like not once, always wrong and I have to end up opening all my food to see what they do wrong. Pretty ridiculous and even today 2 things were missing. Burgers cost to much to keep getting half ordered food..
Went for the Scorpion burger, and was very disappointed. There was not heat/spice whatsoever. The burger itself was bad. There were several bites of gristle, and the quality just didn't impress. Fries were served cold, and not very man of them, especially considering they are "bottomless". The place itself was clean and had a good vibe, and our waitress was super friendly and attentive.
Food and service were both great. Although my server was masked, most were not. Gluten free options were clearly marked.
Do you like burgers? Well they have every kind you could imagine and they're not too shabby. Enjoyed it.
It's a little pricey but it was good service.
