Does not deliver on Carlisle Barracks. Every other franchised pizza place delivers on base. Pizza Hut will not. I tip a good amount because I understand that the delivery drivers have to go through a background check.Today I was called and told that they didn’t know why they can’t deliver on base but the manager said that they can’t. So I had to go get in my car to meet them right off of base. I’m sure I’ll still be charged the delivery fee and tip. Which I understand but they need to have a prompt on the online portion that says they don’t deliver on base.Pizza also was a let down but that’s not the point of this review.
I know that the restaurant industry has taken a hit and are struggling to keep employees in store... But still no excuse for the manners of all employees including management... Completely terrible in my opinion. Me my fiance and our 2 year old son went to have dinner and we're basically put on the back burner because they didn't want to deal with the dinning room due to be short staffed.. after waiting for an eternity we finally we're greeted by the manager she then Informed us that they had an increase in prices and how unbearably expensive things were in an attempt to get us to go somewhere else?? Unbelievable.. (there was a slight increase in price but nothing to crazy to warrent telling guest that Prices are unbelievably high.. if you can avoid eating at this particular pizza hut I would..
Get the orders correct. Not only did I have to wait for the one personal pizza to be remade but when I got home we found the second personal pizza was incorrect as well. We ordered 3 personal cheese pizzas one without sauce that one was corrected before we left the other cheese came with sausage and Pepperoni which was wrong. We live roughly 20-30 minutes away from the store so coming back that night was not an option.
When I ordered there was no pepperoni on it, and it was mashed, but it was very warm when delivered and tasted great
Pizza was as ordered and ready when I arrived for the carryout. The food was good and properly prepared. Jesus loves you.
Picked up a meat lover and vegetarian pizza. Both very good in taste and slightly more than I would have paid for 2 medium pies.
Always my favorite go to for pizza, the staff there are nice people. I'm always able to get my pizza in a good timely fashion. I want to say thank you to the employees for coming in to work and dealing with us customers.
When I walked in for my pickup order, there were a couple of people ahead of me and I could tell the kitchen was feeling a little frazzled (it was NYE after all). Despite that , all the states, especially the lady at the register, were wonderful and professional, and the pizza was great!
I will never order from this establishment again. 1.5 hours to get a cold, soggy, grease soaked box pizza. Contacted store about the wait and got yelled at and hung up on. Returned the pizza and breadsticks to the store, and got eye roll after eye roll. Worst customer service, EVER. This place is a joke.
