Gave me the wrong food, rolled eyes at me when I came back through asking for the right thing, didn’t offer to put the refund back on my card so I had to ask to have it back on the card, got more attitude for that, they wouldn’t take my food back either. Then I found it they didn’t even refund me, they charged me the refund amount. I’m glad I placed the food back in the window!! She told me not to come back, WHY WOULD I?
Hit or miss honestly. Sometimes you are impressed with them, sometimes dissapointed. Mainly wait time. But honestly it's probably not entirely fair. It can get quite busy. But other then that it's a mcdonalds and that's about all there is to say
It's mcds, nothing will ever be perfect but it's a fast trip, I'm usually just a fry guy so always ask for hot fries, otherwise not really a fan of many menu items
I ordered my food and she read my order back to me and one of the things I ordered was 1 large fry and they charged me for more than one and when I went back to tell them they had a very nasty attitude. They did not want to give my refund back and so I waited until they did. Not the cleanest on the inside. Staff with horrible attitudes. Will not return here.
Service is quick and efficient, whether using the App or not. Workers are friendly, too! I get the coffee and purchase food items for my son
Everytime I go to a McDonald's they mess my order up or if I go into a McDonald's having a good day I always end up leaving unsatisfied and disappointed please teach your workers to actually please the customer and not change there order to something completely different that tends to upset people and most of the time they don't wanna say anything because they are to irratated to even worry about it
gave me a cup full of vanilla ice cream with straight (not mixed) shamrock shake food coloring and a pile of crumpled oreos on top and called it and oreo shamrock shake... nothing was mixed and not even shake consistency...
Received the greasest quarter pounder ever. Literally had the bun fall apart cause it was so greasy. And smelled like old fishy grease too.
I forgot to order an extra fry, after multiple attempts I didn't get the order of fries I forgot. I would have had to go back through the drive thru??♂️
Not only were the fries pulled to early but I went to put a couple on my Big Mac and found this... whosever this is, thank you but I don’t need the extra protein ...
