Marcello's seriously has some of the best food I ever had! My coworkers and I order from here often and their pizza is better than any other pizza place I've ever been to. Just yesterday I had their cheeseburger sub for the first time and it was the best thing I ever tasted! It was delicious and for $8 it's a big sub with lots of meat. I really really love this place and I recommend it 100%. Also their delivery is top notch and they make their food fast and always deliver on time.
Not one to review but its warranted. Im from Long Island NY. Showed up in town for my sisters wedding and wanted to cater the evening with Italian. Walked in a few days prior and the staff and owner were kind and attentive. They worked with me on an order with no hesitation that it was mere days away. They were the only place in town that had a garlic knot! Which are just like home. The food showed up on time hot and nicely presented. It was delicious and fed us that night with leftovers. Bravo Marcello’s!
We just had an amazing dinner. We lived in Carlisle for about 3 years now and never knew about this restaurant. Our neighbor took us out for dinner tonight. What a surprise to have such a wonderful meal in a great atmosphere. Angela was our waitress and she was so friendly and personable!!! The other wait staff were very friendly as well. I really wanted to try the deserts; next time I’ll have to save room. They also have a pizzeria and we can’t wait to go back and try their pizza…the aromas from the pizza side smelled amazing!!! We will definitely be back soon!
They have great pizza, but ours came with an extra topping we didn’t want. We ordered the veggie pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Somehow broccoli got put on there, even though it wasn’t listed on any online menu as one of the veggie toppings. We’re not broccoli on pizza people, so they’re being picked off and given to the dog. If broccoli is a recent addition to the veggie pie, the online menus need to be updated. Other than that, the pizza was pretty good.
Delicious...Cute...Cozy...Great Price...Fun...Take Home portions...all this a maybe more...:) We stopped because we are at the State Track Championship Meet and what a treat. Marcello's must be a local gem because take out was busy and the restaurant area was crowded. We will definitely find another chance to visit Marcello's when the opportunity presents itself.PS The Servers were super busy...there were only 2 Servers...and They could not have been nicer...?
All the food ROCKS!!The Pizza "Special" has EVERYTHING except Anchovies. Subs are good!! Dine in their regular classic diner seating (with booths), or sit down in their elegant dining room. Fries and Salads are good also!!I have been a customer her for over 10 years!!? ? ???
This place is so good! 10$ pizzas on Sundays. Can't beat it for such great pizza. Every time I pass I stop. Hands down the only place I personally know that hasn't gone down hill since covid. You guys do a great job on everything about the pizza!Takeout: Yes
Always a wonderful time and the service and food is amazing
After ordering at the counter, I went to seat myself at one of their tables. After finding the cleanest dirty table (not one was clean), I wiped the crumbs off it with napkins. I then went to wash my hands in the dirty mens room. When I was called to the counter to get my food, I was disappointed to see an Italian cold cut that was mostly lettuce and bread. I also ordered a single slice of pizza which was thin, bland, and equally disappointing. Thankfully there are many other good choices to eat in Carlisle, and I won’t make this mistake again. Terrible.
Husband and I went there for the 1st time tonight. The portions were hugh. Husband asked for sausage and peppers to be added to tortellini and white sauce. Awesome and friendly waitresses.5 Star Italian cuisine.
