The food here is always great, and service is quick.
This place has been our go to on DoorDash for at least a year now. But, the last three times our food has been terrible. Tonight was one of the worst because the chicken in our fried rice was partially raw and the rest of our food was barely cooked or just flat out tasted gross. I got a refund for my food through DoorDash. I'm avoiding this place from now on.
This was hands down the worst Chinese food I've ever had- in Carlisle or across the country. I ordered the General Tso's, the Hunan Triple Delight, and a pork eggroll and the eggroll was the only thing that had any flavor. The chicken was overfried and tough, the sauces in both dishes were absolutely devoid of any flavor whatsoever, and although the option for "extra spicy" was elected for both entrées, there was a noticeable lack of any spice at all. Completely bland. The flavor of the paper bag my dinner was bundled in, with the addition of a little soy and spicy mustard, was tiers above the garbage disguised as food contained within. Abhorrent. Atrocious. If you have to choose between eating here and going hungry, do your palette a favor and starve.
Got there a little later then expected food to finished so he made me a fresh order. Appreciate the customer service. ?
Best Gene's ck in the town. Very clean restaurant. Nice employees.
I ordered online at 4:45 for a 6pm pick up.. I showed up at 6:05 and was told it would be 20 more minutes.. Ok.. I can understand your busy and behind.. So I showed up again at 6:35 and told another 20 minutes.. I told him to cancel the order and left.. This is the 2nd time this has happened.. Last time it was close to an hour and 45 minute wait.. If they get behind STOP answering the phone taking more orders.. I won't step foot in there ever again..
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. THERE'S ONE DUDE WORKING THE WHOLE STORE AND HE WONT PAY ATTENTION TO IT. HELL WAIT TIL YOU GET THERE AND HAVE WAITED TWENTY MINUTES TO FINISH UP THE PHONE ORDERS THEN COME OUT ASKING YOU WHAT YOU WANT. SO IF YOU WANT TO EAT HERE JUST CALL. BUT BE READY TO WAIT
Took an hour to get the order and food was missing. Wouldn't give me a refund for the missing food. Won't ever be back.
Do not pay for your food until you get to the store. I had to wait an hour and a half and he wouldn't refund my order, when I asked. There is one guy working, if he can't find workers he shouldn't be open then. Im displeased with the time he wasted.
