Poor excuse for a business. Can't get served even at 8 AM. Don't waste your time walking over there drivers.
Clean out ur voicemail box can’t get threw to anyone, my husband forgot two sandwiches and didn’t even get a Receipt from them I called to let them now he forgot to sandwiches couldn’t come back due to and emergency and we can get them tomorrow but u can’t talk to anyone!
Dunkin does accept truckers they just need to walk up to the window to order. Their is a sign on each door that says the lobby is closed due to the fact only 3 employees work there. The hours are 5:30 to 2:00 until they get more employees. Please be patient with them they are trying their hardest.
Attitude is the only thing they are good at here. Got my husbands sandwich wrong and gave me the last and worst bagel they had left. Got our money back. I recommend everyone stay away from here, I’m convinced they will pick up food off the floor and give it to you, that’s how nonchalant they are. People that hate their job have nothing good to offer the customer! The Dunkin’ brand will go under if they don’t do something about this.
Ridiculous hours. Opens at 5am but only the drive thru, when I went into the drive through it was impossible to get any employees attention.
The manager is very disrespectful and she does not have no respect for nobody. I went in the one day to get a couple of items and she gave me the biggest attitude. And she was ok her phone and listening to music while dealing with customers.
Lobby is closed most of the time no sign but good news if you want to stand out in the hot sun when it's 90 plus outside you can try contending with the cars to place your oder. No public restrooms, dinning room is cleared out of chairs yet they can't let truckers walk in and place their order and leave.
They wouldn’t let paying customers use the bathroom. Rude manager and poor customer service
No matter how much staff they have in the morning. I've seen as many as 5 inside at one time, they will claim not to have enough staff for people to come inside and order. They have purposely use this pandemic to keep that door close. They are lazy and you all are losing a lot of trucking business, but I guess you don't care. Why do yall have 4 people working drive thru with about 3 to 5 cars (Max) yet the door is lock. SMDH
I am a dunkin employee and have been working here for about 10 months now. A review was just posted saying that we have 5 people working today which is not true only 2 people work in the morning, in total we have only 4 employees I don’t mean working today I mean in general we have 4 employees. You all need to bear with us because it is not easy when you just assume we are being lazy we are running around constantly trying to get your orders out in time and we really don’t appreciate it when you call us lazy or say we’re doing a bad job. Please keep this in mind the next time you come here. I have just put in my 2 weeks because of how you all treat me and I think that is really sad. We are trying our best.
