very polite staff. two of our drinks were completely made wrong but they remade them. we ordered one bacon egg and cheese bagel and one cheese and egg bagel because my little sister is vegetarian. they put bacon on her bagel too. nice staff but they don’t know what they’re doing
The service has improved as well as the quality. The girl w black hair and a nose rings and tattoos is super friendly and creates a good atmosphere
The staff here is very sweet and helpful. I stop here for treats for my students, sometimes they’ll throw in some extra munchkins for my fifth graders! I really appreciate having a place on my way to work where I can grab an affordable treat for my kids. Great reward for them…I tried the hummus tomato toast this morning and it was AMAZING. Way more flavorful than I expected!! I’m so excited to see more vegan options crop up in chains.

Access and parking is good. 01/21/2022Bathrooms are...ok?Service is OK not fast but it moves?Employees could have a better appearance.Server with nasty plumbers crack almost destroyed my appetite, temporary loss of vision and permanent brain injury resulted.Server did not wear gloves when handling donuts? Minus two stars for no gloves and the nasty plumbers crack sighting.
I refuse to go to this one anymore. When are they even open?! Any of the times I do happen to get lucky and find that they are open, I wait forever in the drive thru (because god forbid they let anyone come inside) only to find they are out of what I want or they mess it up. And if you’re closed post a sign or something at the drive thru or keep the app updated DAILY. I came in the back entrance and waited for 5 minutes at the screen only to finally drive up to the actual window to see it was closed. You can’t see into the window when you are at the screen due to the sticker/window cling they have up. I’ve really tried to stick it out with this location and literally gave them soooooo many chances but I give up. The one positive is the male employees who work there have always been really friendly.
Says their drive thru is open. Went at 1pm on a Sunday and they were closed! My dog was looking forward to his puppacino. Now he’s sad!
Worst dunking donuts in the US! Have to wait 20 minutes to get served and then they are out of everything.
Sarah took my order. Not only was she rude from the start in taking my order. She had an attitude when I had to come back thru the drive thru because she made the order incorrectly. Then tried to argue with me bc she says that she knows the drink was made as I ordered it bc she is the one whom made it. Thankfully I have self controlNever have I seen such a disrespect and rude attitude. I go to Dd on a daily and not once have I ever seen such disrespect. Love to know how she still has a job.
Super friendly service. They seemed like they were a bit understaffed like most places, but patience goes a long way. Coffee was great and the food was fresh.
