Would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a few different pizzas and they came burnt and dry. I called and told them and the manager told me that since I asked for well done that's how it comes. I told her well done does not mean burnt and nasty. I told her nobody was eating it and it was a waste of money. She offered to make me a new order or give refund. I told her a refund would be nice and she said fine and hung up. No apology, no nothing. That was very rude. I work in customer service I am also a shift manager and I would never treat a customer in that fashion. She clearly doesn't have proper managerial training, nor manners. I will not be ordering from them again. I will also be letting my customers know how they operate. They may lose some business. Dominos needs to train their people better.
Best employees who make delicious pizza. The service is impressive. I ordered my pizza on the app just down the road from the store and when I got there they handed the pies as soon as I entered the store. I will be back every time for all my pizza needs.
I am a truck driver down here at Walmart 1.4 mile from domino's and they wouldn't deliver to me what a joke
The person who delivered last time tried to intimidate and force me to tip. Seriously then get another job if you want to harass people into tips especially young women. I like dominos but I'll never order again because of entitled whiney employees
The driver who delivered made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't have money to tip me being a broke college student. He kept harassing me to tip him and I'm a small female. Worst place ever man

Honestly don’t think I am EVER going to order from the Carlisle location again. I am beyond upset with them. My husband and I placed an order at 10:28pm. They close at MIDNIGHT for their deliveries. We tried calling and they won’t answer so my husband drives over only for them to tell him they did NOT make our order and decided to close early AFTER placing the order 45 minutes before this.
