Amazing little coffee shop! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, coffee is great and the selection of food is mouthwatering. Would definitely recommend stopping in and trying Denim Coffee when in Carlisle.
Decent espresso but I really missed sitting down to enjoy my morning shot. The paper cup despite asking "for here" was disappointing and ruins any espresso. The offer to pour it into a ceramic cup was nice but not the right answer. She should have started over. Maybe next time. Friendly staff.Quickly remedied by the owner and back a couple of times. Staff is still excellent and the espresso is even better in a proper cup. 5 stars
If you are trans or use a name besides your legal name you will have to tell them what your actual name is, otherwise they will just make assumptions and use the name on your card. I have been dead named here multiple times.Weather it's intentional transphobia or just not caring it still hurts. If you welcome all, please be proactive in creating a welcoming environment.As you can see from the response below it is the responsibility of trans people to out themselves in an effort to help denim coffee 'welcome all'. It's as simple as having your cashiers ask for a person's name.
Genuinely the best coffee/espresso I've had within 45 minutes of Carlisle. Other well known roasters close by are good, but this stands alone. Breakfast sandwich is also top notch, and worth grabbing while you're there. Lucky to have this place
Delicious sandwich and smoothie. The staff offered to make it for me even though they weren't making lunch for another 10 minutes. Super sweet employees will return.

Cute coffee shop right in downtown Carlisle. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I’ve been quite a few times and I’ve been pleased with every visit! What makes them different from other coffee shops is the interior. They have a sleek, simple, modern look. Dark navy walls with silver chairs, and dark wood accents make it a perfect place to get work done and enjoy the view of the downtown city! Overall experience was great!
We have family in town and often stay at the hotel across the street. Denim opens early with excellent coffee (go for hand-poured), food (scones and breakfast sammies too!), and customer service (always a pleasure). We now look forward to our mornings at Denim, our little home away from home.
One of my favorite places in town. Every time I visit from Louisiana I have to stop in and get a caramel vanilla ice latte. Great prices and great coffee
