AWESOME FOOD AND ICE CREAM
The time on the door did not match the time on the website People look at the website before they go to a store to see if the store is open very bad for business the website says 10am to 10pm on the door it was changed it said 10am to 9pm and 9pm was marked in with a marker very very bad business i will not be back there again i don't do bad business Customer's always right or did you forget that I will not be back to that Dairy Queen in Carlisle pa

They refused to do the flip because the ice cream of mostly melted when they gave it to us already. This is completely upsetting. They didn't even care that the ice cream was melted when they gave it to us. We won't go back to the location.
The mens bathroom is ATROCIOUS. UNACCEPTABLE.
Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. But, each time I go there as of late, the place is very dirty.
Bought a ice cream cake, it was all ice cream, no cake or filling. It was old and stale.On another occasion, I ordered a sundae. The ice cream was soft and runny. The nuts were so old, they must have had them prior to covid and just decided to use them instead of throwing them away. Ohh the place is filthy, the Board of Health should shut them down...The
Ice cream was ok but the whole place is dirty. Had hotdogs (gross) fries and nachos. Nacho cheese is gross, looks like plastic. Restrooms are filty and employees don't look happy to be there. Makes me wonder how clean the ice cream machines are kept...
My favorite ice cream, the DQ TWIST in a cone. Yum Yum
