My son went with his tennis team after their match. When he reached the register they told him he either had to pay with a card or pay with exact change. He was given no prior warning of this. All he had was a $20 so they took that for his $13 meal. How can you not give someone change? 53% extra?That's ridiculous! If you don't have change, that's not the customer's fault. We will not be back and will be sure to tell our friends of Chipotle's terrible business practice.
This is the second time I have received water logged lettuce from this location. Normally, Chipotle's salads are great but this place does not dry their lettuce. I poured out a bunch of water and there was still water in every bite.The sad part is this is no where as bad as last time I ordered a salad from this location. There was so much water in it I figured it had to be a mistake. However, it seems to be a trend.I would also like to note that they missed my grilled Fajita Veggies on my last two orders.They have a good product, but need to pay closer attention to the details,
I went there yesterday after not going for about six months since it was not close to my job. I called and talked to a woman she told me I had to order on the app so I did after I was done driving on the highway. When I got there I was told that they did not have all the ingredients to make a quesadilla. I figured that is OK since I mainly wanted the aqua Fresca drink. When I went to the drink station and found there was no aqua Fresca. I have yet to get a return phone call or at least an apology. They should have just refunded my order, instead I get “ we have a truck coming tomorrow, come back tomorrow” . The experience review on the app said that I would be getting a call very soon, but no call. I’ll stick with neato burrito who values their costumers.
My experience here today was "ok". This location is currently online orders only (similar to Camp Hill), not sure why that is (labor shortage?). Thankfully I had ordered way ahead of time, but still needed to wait 10 minutes (about 20 minutes after my order "promised" time). There's got to be a way to put an alert in the app or website if there's going to be a significant delay.
I am very disgusted by my experience today. I opened my chipotle bowl and instantly saw a small black hair in my food. I am not one to complain but this is truly disgusting.
Hours don’t appear to be correct. Online and on their sign, it says they open at 10:45 (am). It’s 12:30 (lunch time) and their doors are locked, their lights are off, and their chairs are up. There are no signs posted with information on time changes, although I do see that you can’t order online until 4:00 (pm), so perhaps their hours have changed.The Panera three doors down is open. Five stars for Panera. One star for Chipotle (because it’s the lowest possible score).
It started as 1 star because I came in to order chips and queso and was told that the chips are reserved for online orders only. So in order to get one, I had to order online and then pick it up. I guess that made more sense than her just selling me the order in person, while I was standing there in front of her, after waiting on the line in the store. So if my phone were dead or if I were too poor to own one and managed to rustle up enough change for a chips and queso, I would've been denied a meal. Management must be run by geniuses.I gave 1 extra star because the young lady who handed me my online order was kind.
I have never had a bad experience at chipotle I love their food. I am not one to write reviews either but the food was horrible!! The chicken was so burnt it was not even edible!!! The chicken is as black as the spoon. I am so disappointed I will not be returning!
I ordered a burrito bowl with a whole lot of toppings for my lunch through DoorDash this is what I got. No lettuce no tomato no guacamole no rice no nothing that I put in my order but the chicken
Lunch is from 12 to 1230 for me hence the pre order pickup. Received order at 1220 no fork and no don't be like you should have picked one up before leaving BS its a pickup order. So no fork at 1225 to eat lunch so no lunch for me today.
