Walked in and stood there while the staff just looked at us and kept walking around or hiding in the back. No one said hello, acknowledged us or offered to seat us. Horrible service. We left.
Every time we order from Chili's we're disappointed. They always mess our order up.
The mini cheeseburgers are great!! That bun is the finishing touch to it!The cheese sticks on the pick 3 platter were like planks of cheese. The batter was flavorful and a nice improvement.Chili is loaded with meat and flavor. Potato soup and chicken tortilla soup are safe bets if chili is not your thing.The warm chips and fresh salsa are just wonderful. They are above some "real" Mexican restaurants.There were a lot of new items on the menu. There's a new seafood pasta and em-pie-nada dessert with ice cream I want to try on my next trip.Service was excellent; attentive, helpful and patience was given while we looked over the changed menu.
We just sat at a table for over 20 minutes, no one said they would be right with us, asked if we wanted a drink, just looked over as they walked by multiple times! I get if you are short staffed but all it takes is an I am so sorry I will be with you as soon as I can! So frustrating!
Food was delivered promptly, upon arrival of curbside pickup. The order was correct. And I like their takeout containers. They packaged everything very efficiently.
Ordered curbside pickup. I waited at least 20 mins past the scheduled pickup time and had to call to see what the holdup was.Got home with the food.There are half rotten cucumbers in the salad.The Texas cheese fries had no cheese sauce and were cold.Not a good experience.
Martin was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and well spoken. The man was the only waiter for a while when we first popped in. You've got a great worker there!
Had a super helpful waitress. She was fun and attentive. Thewait was 45 mins but they can't control that. Good food and drinks. Premium Long Island was on point. Kids played the table game and didn't have to worry about being quiet. Good Vibes.
By far the worst Chili's I have ever been to. The staff were completely unprofessional! We ordered some chips, salsa, queso. Within 30 min of walking through the door, we paid our bill and left. I guess I'm used the first class service at the Hanover Chili's.
Don’t bother with ordering Carlisle Chili’s curbside because they won’t even start preparing your food until you park in the designated spot. Had to wait an additional half hour past my scheduled pick up time because they claimed to have misplaced my order. Also didn’t get my chips but that’s no biggie. Best to order from neighboring Cracker Barrel where they are consistent and reliable.
