I work at a factory a minute down the road and work night shift my lunch break is from 9 PM to 930 the drive-through closes at 10 PM the employees are always ignorant about you coming so close to closing and they give you food that has sat under the heat lamp for way longer than the allotted time so long that the cheese on the burger was rockhard they burn the food if they try and heat it back up not to mention they let you sit in the drive-through line at the speaker to order for a good 3 to 5 minutes before they come in to take your order. This is all the time Friday Saturday and Sunday
This has to be the worst meal I ever had. The hamburgers were cold the onion ring were very cold. The kids who were working there could of care less about there jobs. They were to worried about who was going out to smoke. We will never go back there.
Just want to say that this is a place to avoid if you are African American..I clearly asked Mary the Cashier if they accepted the BK App..She said No in a harsh tone..Mgmt questioned her about my question and she told her that "Oh he just wanted to use the App"..Mgmt didn't seem concerned about what she told me..So I ordered it on my phone and I was not shocked that they did take the App..I placed the order but had to make a request because the App didn't seem to have a specialty for (on the side)..I politely told Mary that I wanted everything on the side..I get the sandwiches and they were wrong wrong wrong....I honestly think because I was of color that I was treated that way...IF YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE OF COLOR COMING TO THAT BURGER KING JUST PUT UP A FREAKIIINGGG SIGN..I can read very well..The reason why I am so mad about this is because there was a (DM) District Mgr. present and his first response was maybe she didn't hear you right...WHEN SHE CLEARLY TOLD THE ON DUTY MANAGER WHAT I SAID..IT AINT HARD TO FIGURE OUT..DIDN'T SERVE IN THE MARINE CORPS TO GO TO A BURGER KING AND GET TREATED LIKE THAT...RACIST PEOPLE REALLY DO EXIST ...JUST GLAD SHE DIDN'T HAVE A CELL PHONE MISPLACED..
Clean and quick. The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot, the only thing to make this burger King better is if the food was free!!! I recommend you to eat here if you are in the area.
Whoppers were very tasty. Glad they have the BK app I was able to get 2 whopper meals for $11.
Went through the drive-thru. Drive-thru attendant couldn't hear me when I place my order so I repeated a little louder. When I got to the window, drive-thru Keith decided to give me a lecture about being respectful. Got really aggressive with me pointing in my face and pointing to a sign in the window about respectability. Explain to him I just had to repeat my order and didn't say anything out of line. Drive-thru Keith decided to get more aggressive, loud, angry. I took off fearing for my safety.
One original crispy chicken sandwich alone cost over $6. Expensive. McDonald's has better toasted bun, but Burger King has better taste crispy chicken. Burger King 2x expensive for sandwich only. Friendly service at drive-thru. Renee was at drive-thru. I'll try the spicy crispy chicken sandwich next time.
Had a rather complicated order thanks to a van load of children. Service was fast, food was hot and our Order was 100% correct. Rather impressed
It’s always around 8:00 PM and the food is always Great & Fresh. Many food places do not do that. They have the best employees I always leave with a humongous smile on my face. Wish I could give more stars.
I know that people are overwhelmed at the holidays, but to wait with no line, and the employees all "busy" for 22min is pretty bad. Then having to listen to cussing as they discuss the irate customer who waited for 25 minutes then got to order and was told it would be 10 minutes while they made chicken is more than any customer should have to deal with. Skip this BK
