No one was at the counter when I went in to order. There were people just standing around doing nothing. Stood there a good 3-5 minutes before a woman (employee) sitting in the dining area eating came and took my order. She was nice,but seemed annoyed.In the mean time the one girl was taking drive thru orders. She would make fun of the people ordering when she was done talking ( in front of customers inside) with the lady who took my order.
Food good, but chicken sandwiches are never hot and fresh, but dry and tasteless, unless I order them fresh- and most of the time the order for them is wrong anyway.Store manager is rude and condescending - everytime, (at least once every two weeks or more) I go there when he is there I feel he's unfriendly and dismissive. Truly dislike dealing with him.
They were extremely understaffed, 2 people trying to do everything. The food was not as fresh as I would like and the french fries were stale. But as I said there were only 2 people there, working very hard
Drive thru only. Limited hours. Roast Beef Classic. 2 for $6.Fast and friendly service. Sandwiches could have been warmer.
I don't care to go to this Burger King as they've gotten my orders screwed up many times...
stopped on way back to PGH & nice workers, accepted expired coupons but not have several items including the $1 potato cakes i had to take fries instead for brunch lol
I stop, on my work travels, about 5 times a month. For the entire year up til now, in 2021, they have only had apple turnovers three times. They are always out. Then obviously they are not making enough to start the day and/or refuse to make any more when they run out.This last visit was the kicker. I ordered the new chicken ranch and instead of a piece of chicken they had three of the kids chicken strips on a bun as the chicken sandwich.
Fun staff and you get what you expect
I've looked forward to try Arby's after seeing the commercials. I was very disappointed. I got the steak sandwich with cheese, onions and peppers. I couldn't even finish it. It was all cheese and very little steak. I would not go to Arby's again. The bathroom was clean and servers were polite.
Chicken fingers weren't cooked fully. Fries were oily.
