Excellent food and fantastic setting on the porch. Loved it!
Great parking right beside the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean. All the staff was very pleasant. Our waitress was attentive and very nice.We started out with the donuts- you need to try those!!We each had a different brunch item. Our vegetarian had the veggie skillet. She said it was the best she ever had. Our runner enjoyed the chicken and waffles with a side of cheese grits that made me think the chef must be from the south.I enjoyed the cheese steak hash which was just fantastic. The sweet peppers really made the dish. I don't usually eat them but I have now been converted. The presentation of each plate was very professional and we just had to take pictures of our food. I can't wait to enjoy another meal there. You definitely need to make this a must do on your list of restaurants to visit. I will be back!!
Came to Harrisburg for the weekend with my parents and husband. We saw this restaurant on yelp. The pictures looked wonderful. It was Sunday and brunch always being served.I ordered coffee initially, it was the weakest cup I have had in a long time. I asked if they had another pot and the waitress said they were all the same, very weak. The coffee is $4. I asked to have it removed.I attempted to ordered the chicken and waffles and the waitress stated they were out of them and that it was their most popular dish. We came for BRUNCH, on SUNDAY and were there at 1pm. If chicken and waffles is a popular dish, I’d think they would make sure they had plenty.I then ordered a burger with fries ($16). It was subpar and the roll was drenched in grease and mushy and the fries were floppy and underdone. The entire experience was underwhelming. I will not return. The Restaurant has so much potential. The atmosphere is wonderful. There is so much that could be done. I hope this review might bring about change. Also, we stopped by the coffee shop next door. I’d recommend going there if you’re looking for a decent cup of coffee.
Went here for the first time on a Saturday evening. We were seated inside which was really nice, but we had hoped to be seated on the heated patio/deck area. Maybe next time!We ordered the watershed pub burger and po boy chicken sandwhich, both with french fries. Both were exceptionally good. For dessert, we ordered the spiced doughnuts. I thought they were really good with the dipping sauces. My boyfriend thought they were just okay.
The brunch here is amazing!! They have something for everyone. (Literally no two people at our table got the same meal) I love the cheesesteak hash and donuts personally but my husband loved the smoked cod Benedict!! Great staff, perfect atmosphere and wonderful menu!
Service is great. Sadly, they have taken almost every good thing off of the menu recently. My husband and I have been coming here weekly since the summer because we loved the menu. Our server one week informed us that our favorite clam strips were gone. Then a few weeks later, the crab fries, and last week, the brussel sprouts. She informed us that the owner said the cost of these items have gone up, so the owner took them off. Maybe the owner should've thought about informing the guests that the prices of the items have gone up, so there must be a price increase. Just like every other restaurant. When people are paying $15 for crab fries, I'm sure they won't care to pay $20. That's the price of eating out. Sad we have to find a new weekly spot. 5 STARS for the service, 3 stars for the most popular menu items being taken away almost weekly now.
Fast friendly service. Strong menu. $1 oysters during happy hour Wed through Fri! Beer special as well. Worth the stop for this alone. Plenty of parking available.
Menu and drinks are all fantastic. everything is fresh and prepared properly.
Went with my Aunt for a late brunch. Had a very enjoyable meal. We slipped in just before the end of brunch service, and had a lovely meal. We both order the Grace Collins, which was a truly delightful mocktail!! Our salads were so good, highly recommend the roasted pear with arugula and radicchio. I ordered 1/2 a dozen oysters that were also quite good. My aunt ordered the Ceasars Salad, and had grilled shrimp added. The shrimp.came with the heads on. The service was excellent, friendly, professional and helpful.
We just celebrated our 40th anniversary here, tonight. Great food. I ordered the swordfish, my husband had the shrimp. Both were fabulous, kudos to the chef. Our waitress, Rachael, was wonderful. Everything about our evening was 5 stars. Our first time here and we prefer it to the Millworks.
