Slipped between a small park and some private residences on a quiet street, The Pizza Grille in Camp Hill gave me a relaxing place to eat and meet up with a friend. You know, you can put anything on a fresh and perfect pizza crust and it will taste wonderful, and that describes our pizza. After I did a few errands nearby, I went back to enjoy a coffee on their deck. It was like hanging out on someone's front porch. I hope to get back there soon.
Pretty decent food but more importantly we had excellent service. Sitting outside on a nice day adds to the excellent atmosphere. Decent amount of beers on tap (I believe around 14 with 7 always rotating seasonally). The crème brûlée is excellent and highly suggest giving that a shot if nothing else.
I ordered a 10 inch pizza which seemed much larger when it arrived at my table. It was very good and it was easy to make a substitution for one of the toppings. My friend ordered a sandwich with fries which she said was very good. Our waiter was attentive and even went out of his way at the end to put a bag of ice in with my 'leftovers bag' when I mentioned that i wouldn't be getting home for a few hours
I love the food here! Every time I go, I want to try something new, but the spicy shrimp pizza is just so good. I also love the taco pizza. They really load up the pizzas with toppings and a nice thing crust. I feel the prices on the food are very reasonable too. The wine is a bit pricier with the cheapest being around $8+ a glass. If you go during happy hour I believe you save a $1 a drink.
One of the best local spots in area. It'd the place to go to for afternoon lunch, business, girl's/guy's night out, or a romantic evening. I'm not a huge Italian food lover, but this place offers so much variety of the Italian selection. Would definitely recommend.
The food is usually pretty good. John, the manager, is not qualified to be a manager. His customer service skills are in the tank. He was rude and very inadequate in his helpfulness of correcting a mistake. We are a business and order online quite often, but half of the order was not in the bags. John told us it was not his fault and that we would have to reorder. This is not what I expect from an upscale restaurant. I will not order from this establishment again, but John said that was ok (not what a manager should say to a customer). Businesses are struggling to stay open, a loss of a customer could cost a lot.John did call back and apologize for his behavior and offered to correct the mistake for a future order. An apology goes a long way. I do appreciate John for acknowledging his mistake and trying to make it right. So, thank you John, for stepping up to the plate!
Hadn’t been here I a few years. The atmosphere is still great as is the service. There’s a great specialty drink menu and the beer selection has expanded a bit. A good selection of wine. We started with the butternut squash ravioli. Very good but a little on the cold side. My wife had a 5 cheese pizza and I had the BLT chicken sandwich with side salad. The pizza was outstanding. The chicken in the sandwich was dry. The salad was 2 types of shredded lettuce with a barely perceptible vinaigrette dressing. We split a slice of very tasty Oreo pie for desert. Definitely go for the pizza and deserts. Proceed with caution on the rest of the menu.
We got 2 large pizza's to go, when I saw the boxes I thought they made a mistake, the boxes were so small, as if a personal pan ? pizza for 25.00 In fairness it tasted good ? not fabulous, but decent.
I called in the morning with a special request for a reservation that would meet the needs of our large family, including two seniors--one who is in a wheelchair. Frank, who answered the phone, went out of his way to accommodate my request, setting aside a table in an area that met all of our special needs. The server who waited on us (I did not catch her name) was kind and super attentive. Food and drinks came on time and were all great. It was a wonderful experience that we all appreciated greatly. We plan to do it again soon! Thank you, Pizza Grille. :)
Solid place. Had many pies now. Greek is my favorite. Trying the Thai pizza at some point. Mexican is just ok. Very soggy. For Mexican, may I recommend you do a black bean spread as the sauce layer, add some small tortilla pieces for some crunch. Add sour cream, and improve the chicken. It could be great.Guac is great. We will return.
