I know this is going to sound totally weird, but I was so pleased to arrive to Starbucks this evening, when I pulled up to the window the person who greeted me was super nice, she was very kind and asked me about my plans and all these other things, showing she cared so much about her customers, I love her and I barely know her! ? she is so kind hearted and genuine and she was so sweet. Starbucks if you respond to my review, she was working the drive thru and I didn’t catch her name so if you can tell me her name I will be back in and give her a really nice tip ?
I go here out of convenience cause it’s on my way to work and every time I am very disappointed. I think I have given up. I asked for light ice and no water and yet again my drink tastes nothing but water. Every time I get a coffee they make it wrong and the service is extremely slow.
Andy, you are by far the sweetest worker I have come across at a Starbucks. You have a great personality and very personable. Keep up the great work!
The young man with black hair that works here always goes the extra mile! Checks for rewards at the window and is so polite. I go to this location pretty regularly and my experience has always been a good one. His excellent customer service warrants a great review!
I used to love this location when they first opened. Used to have great service, good coffee. In the last couple months, I have repeatedly tried going back, partially because it’s the most convenient location for me, and they have not gotten my drink correct the first time in a couple months. All it is, is an iced coffee with extra cream in it, not hard, but you can always tell when I get it there is NO cream in it. If this happened once I would write it off as an honest mistake, but this has repeatedly happened at least 10 times now. I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.
First time here. Enjoyed the variety of foods and drinks. This is a great location to meet up with people. It was easy to get off /on from Rte 83. Will be back again.
Worst Starbucks ever. You wait 20 minutes for a basic cup of coffee even after ordering it online 10 minutes prior to arriving there. All the employees barely move a muscle when there is a crowd of customers, when they should technically be sprinting behind the counter. They are very bad at calling out mobile orders too. Do yourself a favor and just invest in your own espresso machine.
Everything is great ? just sometimes they get so busy that I try to order more advanced on my phone app.
I absolutely love Starbucks! It can be on the unhealthy side but it can be so scrumptious. Wait times can be long though.
