Terrible service today ( 7:15 12/1/2021 ). Espresso machine wasn’t clean and the employee could not find the “tablets” to clean it. I also ordered the plum cheese danish and the employee gave it to me still in the bag half frozen. Terrible attitude too.
If you like waiting for over 30 minutes for a drink, this is the place to go. I place a mobile order twenty minutes before I got there and it still wasn’t ready. I also waited another 15 minutes. Yes, they are busy, but they work at a very slow pace. I will not be returning. Also, if they tell you to cancel your order through the app, you can’t and have to call customer service.
Ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches on the mobile app. It was busy, so I patiently waited. After an HOUR I asked where I was in the line of things to be made. Apparently my drinks had disappeared and was told "here's your sandwiches, they are cold and gross. But here's $12 in cards" not even covering my $15 in drinks that I didnt get. But i was already an hour late for work, so I left with my "cold and gross" sandwiches. I ordered the same drinks later in the day which were made perfectly. But I'd still appreciate a refund on my first order. I'll be happy to change to a 5 star review once my issue has been resolved.
I attempted to take my kids for coffee this morning before school. The store was pretty much empty. There may have been a few people in there, but not many. After waiting for over 10 minutes for them to pour a cup of coffee, we had to leave without our coffee. otherwise, the kids would’ve been late to school. So, I am out 10 bucks because I didn’t have 20 minutes or however long it may have taken them to pour 2 cups of coffee. Moral of the story, go to corner stone, much faster and better service.

Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble. So not a true Starbucks when referencing points like at a actual Starbucks store. Not the most friendly of associate behind counter. But it's tough times working nowadays. Not very busy, and common area to sit was quite dirty. Tables and especially the floor. Is what it is.
The cashier was really unfriendly and didn’t even smile. She seemed annoyed to take our order and we were the only ones they are getting coffee. Probably won’t get coffee from this particular Starbucks again.
This is my favorite location in Harrisburg. They are always fast, accurate, and friendly.

Your average Starbucks. Exactly what you'd expect. 3 star rating because the line was extremely long. If long lines are your thing, give it 5 stars.
