Staff is very friendly but they need to be careful when making the drinks. Two times I’ve been given the wrong drink. I had ordered Mango Dragonfruit made with water and ice, pretty quick and simple. Well once I got it with I Believe it was milk and the second time it was given to me with lemonade which is not how I ordered it. I was quite disappointed only because it’s a very simple drink and not hard to make.

I went here to grab a coffee because I was literally falling asleep at work! I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked the barista (I think Maddy?) what to get. She asked me a bunch of simple questions on what I liked/didn’t like, and then whipped up something DELICIOUS. It was the best tasting thing I’ve ever had from Starbucks. Thank you maddy, if that’s your name!
This is a great location with prompt, friendly service. No drive through. Staff follows COVID-19 protocols and they are one of the faster service locations in the area
I hadn’t gone to this Starbucks for months because they somehow cannot ever get an order correct. I understand there’s a staffing shortage and I always am friendly/understanding when mistakes happen. However, I chose to go to other stores that seem not to have this problem. Today, after months of correct orders from other locations, I attempted this one again. Ordered a pistachio latte and hot chocolate. Simple. Got a chestnut praline latte and white hot chocolate. I don’t get it… is there some sort of joke being played on me by the staff at this location? This is, no exaggeration, 7/7 totally incorrect orders in a row here.
They should update their app and web times that they are open. I work early hours and am consistently fooled by the incorrect hours on the app and website telling me to go in and order when they aren’t even open.
I order my coffee from the app & pick up. It’s always ready in a decent time & im in & out in under a minute.
Honestly never going back. As trivial as it is first time my drink was made with whip cream in it when it said no whip because I'm allergic to dairy. The second time it was remade I watched the barista put almost a full cup of soy and 12 pumps of caramel flavor in instead of caramel sauce. Didn't think much of it till I got home and took a sip to only taste caramel rubbing alcohol while my husband's drink tastes like caramel coffee(his words exactly were "it tastes like rubbing alcohol and caramel). Both of us ordered the same thing only difference was his had whip on it.
We love us some starbucks, there egg white wrap is delicious.
I got a carmal ribbon crunch Frappuccino. It was perfect.
