I never had a problem ordering from here except for at the end of Oct 2021. I got a credit for another pizza. What wasn’t told me me was the credit expires after 60 days. Ok, I understand because I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. They took my order and I went to go pick it up. I was told yet again about the 60 day rule. I completely understand but it made me feel like I’m stupid or I was trying to take advantage of them. So everyone, be aware now that credits last 60 days. I was never informed and it’s “my fault” so they will tell you multiple times.
My pizza order was ready on time, delivered on time and was made correctly...My only suggestion would be the crust could have been a little more brown...
Very friendly staff at the counter who greeted us. Our order was ready at the time we had requested and was hot and accurate. Everyone working was on task and for a Friday evening when I’m sure orders get busy, everything looked to be running efficiently. The store appeared clean and well organized (just like last time we visited, which is why we selected this location to patronize again :)
First time at this location. Called in my order. The female who took my order was very distracted or didn't really care what my order was cuz it took her almost 5 minutes to get it right. When I got there it is pick up only well no dining and they did get my order and it was right but I wasn't impressed with their customer service .
Friendly staff. Pizza had plenty of toppings and my wings had extra BBQ sauce. Will order from this location from now on.

My food was ready earlier than the pick up time provided and everyone is always friendly when I go pick up my order
I had some trouble with the website. I called the store and was able to straighten out the problem. The delivery was much faster than I expected. Price was reasonable compared to competitor.
Cook pizza a little longer, and serve fresh bread sticks, not stale. :(
