They refused to fix a simple milkshake! My mom asked for chocolate they handed her this white milkshake instead. They brought it back to her claiming it was chocolate. It's vanilla and strawberry mixed together! The employee in the window was nasty about it getting huffy. The manager also didn't want to fix it. Good job being awful at your jobs! Keep racking up the bad reviews in the last month. ?
The worst place I’ve ever been too. The manager named Scott shouldn’t have his job. The way he speaks to his employees is so uncalled for. Idk who the owner is but whoever it is Needs to take a look at who they have running this place. I have ever intentions on calling corporate to let them know my experience and if I was the employees here I’d walk out and find another job.
Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese plain meal medium size with frozen coke substitution and a 10 piece chicken nuggets via drive through. It came to $18.00; prices really went up. At payment window verified order was told yes burger ordered as plain. Went to pick up window and asked to pull over and wait. After a 5 minute wait food brought out drove off only to find the burger had everything on it and all other food was cold. Called to let them know the order was wrong and was given reasons as to why I had to wait. I didn't need an explanation why I had to wait I wanted a fix for the food they got wrong. The person on the other end was rather rude. Asked for info from a receipt I did not receive .. what a mess! Couldn't even verify what I got charged for the food.
I love McDonald's but will never get a milk shake their again over 5 dollars for a small one that was horrible. I will get them at sheetz for now on 3.99 for a large an their awesome.

So I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with added mayo and letisce I get got the special order tag on both of them and they got one right and the other was just a regular double cheese burger I went back in. I said the letisce and mayo was missing the lady handed it back still no mayo on it didn't think it was that hard to put a burger together ? I wouldn't have posted this if it was fixed right.
Just at the drive thru, ordered 4 fish sandwiches asked to pull around, I don't mind waiting for HOT food and I politely asked to get all 4 fresh told no problem got 1out of 4 HOT OTHER 3 COLD SUCKS
One of the few spots that get the order right and are quick about it.. skip the line and do curbside, its always faster than drive through
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a chocolate shake and told the lady that she snatched the shake and said it is chocolate . She gave me another one and it's definitely vanilla.
Walk in order for take out found my double quarter completely saturated with grease. So much so that touching the bun will have grease dripping from the bread!!
