bad service missing items manager bagged order unprofessional
The old saying of too many vooks in the kitchen apply to the general staffing and outsourced order taker. Pulling up to the drive thru, the outsourced order taker asked me for what I wanted. Then while I was giving my order the on site staff person cut me off and told me to wait. Then when I pulled up to pay, the person was too concerned of whatever the conversation he was having with someone else. Finally picking up my food... the young ladies... all 3 of them need to do a lot less of chewing gum and trying to look like they are going to a football game and more like a team member. Their nails were gaudy and way too long to be in a food service position. And the whole purpose of wearing a hat was to keep your hair up and out of the way. Standing in the drive thru box they should learn to work as a team and put napkins in the bag....it's not social hour. I get it your choices for employees is slim pickings.This location has always been known for its parking lot drug dealing. It is a shame the no class has rubbed off on the staff because the location is convenient. ... it's Camp Hill, not a bad part of town.
To the owner: you may want to consider training your staff in regards to manners and customer service. There are lots of places to eat, and most people don't like being treated rudely at the register.Update- I appreciate that the owners contacted me regarding our experience.
If I could , I would give this store a negative star. I went in there tonight to find out as to why my brother who is SICK wasn’t allowed to go home , while doing so I had ordered a ice coffee that I waited 10 minutes for. As a former employee with the Steward , I have the tendency to look around while there , tonight has been the most FOUL I’ve ever seen this place. It’s obvious that the manager Todd doesn’t know how to take out the trash or pick up unused (hopefully) fry boxes covered in grease off the floor , the door dash counter was covered in grease & god knows what. The lobby was a skating rink , seems like someone uses the kitchen mop out there. Oh & my iced coffee was barley full & gross. It actually baffles me that this place hasn’t been popped by the health department. Btw if you get fries from here , just know that they sat on the fryer dethawing for about 30 minutes before being cooked. While waiting for a answer as to why my brother wasn’t allowed to leave , I was speaking with another customer , the GM bill had walked in & said customer had said “this place is disgusting” & guess what lol we got ignored once again. When my brothers girlfriend called in to ask why he wasn’t allowed to leave , she got hung up on. Someone needs to report this place. This store needs better management & possibly a new owner to even get this place decent again.
We went through the drive through, said I needed a minute to look at the menu. The worker barely gave me time and asked irritatedly "are you ready to order?" After a bit of back and forth where she couldn't understand me through the headset, I ordered and then the worker asked if I wanted anything else. When I said that was it, they replied "Thank God". I got out of line and left without getting anything. So unprofessional.
This location has the distinction of being the worst McDonald's I have ever had in the many decades of eating McDonald's food. There was a spirited conversation going on behind the counter between two ladies about a f'ing engagement ring. I don't mind foul language, but it was very loud and very obnoxious. Should have been my cue to go somewhere else...Ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal, only got 7. The fries were cold and soggy. Also ordered a McDouble plain. When I got to it at the bottom of the bag it was not even wrapped and had all the condiments on it.Stay away from this location. There are plenty of other options in the immediate area.Order 628 on 04/23/2022 at 4:37pm.
Ummm not sure if your manager is aware but McDonald's makes breakfast till 11 the staff at this building need to do those job food and beverage is the job so do it who does lunch at 10:20 like wth. The manger who works here is doing her own thing lady needs to stop being lazy and do her job it's sad that I gotta post a screenshot of when breakfast stop cause apparently it stops at 10:30 which makes no sense
Been here a couple times. I understand you get busy. But come on. Messing up more then get it right. Food is normally luke warm or cold. Very little of everything on there sandwiches. Like, barely no ketchup, mayo, mustard. Eating a dry sandwich. I waited almost 7 minutes for fries. Weren't even salted. Idk. Maybe they need re trained or something.
Some high schooler who is short had wipp cream and was shooting it at her friends and when the manager told her to stop she pointed it at him and then she also a couple minutes later went near the fries and took some and walled away like nothing happened but the managers are doing a good job.
Stopped by McD’s for a quick bite as I realized I hadn’t eaten in awhile. Got a cheeseburger meal. It was repulsive. The bottom bun was not just stale, it was hard. It was like a hockey puck, like literally a solid, hard mass. If I would’ve thrown this bun at someone, I probably could’ve been charged with assault, it was that bad. Now I realize I’m eating at McDonald’s so I’m not expecting gourmet food, but I would just like some value in what I’m paying for. Unfortunately at this particular McD’s location, cold, or luke- warm seems to be the norm rather than the exception. If you’re looking for a quick McD’s bite. I would continue down Rt83 or 581 and give another location a try.
