I love this place! The times I’ve been there it is never crowded, and that’s just perfect for great conversation with your dinner party! No noise! Always had great service and the food is yummy!
Left Perkins due to a 10 minute wait. Wish we stayed in line. The breakfast was a buffet of dry biscuits, slimy oatmeal, bad canned fruit, etc.. Orange juice was warm. Cream was spoiled for coffee. All the food was bad. Take in consideration this if you decide to stay here or anywhere near here...
very difficult to locate entrance (inside hotel) but service was excellent!
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant on a whim and were extremely pleased with EVERYTHING! Amanda, our server, was the best we ever had! She was friendly, knowledgeable and provided service without much waiting. The food was hot and delicious! We received a complimentary choice of dessert. No complaints, only praise for Heirloom American Bistro!

Stayed at the hotel, so ate dinner at the restaurant for convenience. Very few diners - only 2 other tables were occupied. Wait staff very friendly and good food.

We went after reading the bad reviews because we had a groupon worth $19. I have to say we were quite happy with our food. We went on a Friday night when things are slow after most of the business people who stay there are gone for the weekend. My husband ordered the Apple Brandy Brined Pork chop which came with a side salad, garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The Pork Chop was quite large and he thought it was good. I ordered the Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon, without the Prosciutto. It came with a side salad and grilled asparagus and Herbed Risotto with Lemon Mint Butter. My only complaint was that it was a bit too salty for my tastes. Our server was pleasant and our food came in a timely manner.
