I typically make a point to only write positive reviews for places I love, but after giving this place my money, and time after time being upset with what I received, I decided to warn others. Don’t waste your time/money here unless you’re desperate. This location is great but the products and customer service is TERRIBLE.

First time visit. Went through drive thru and minimal wait. Very nice and polite worker working. Order was correct and fast. Very pleased with service.

Great Service, Guacamole toast and Bacon egg Cheddar bites delicious.

There was a time when you’d be shunned if you were caught drinking anything but Dunkin Donuts coffee. Your home brew, the office vending machine, and especially gas stations were unacceptable in most circles, mine included. NJ as a whole was Team Dunkin for decades (until Wawa came along!). Back then I was a regular Dunkin’ Donuts customer, one on the way to work, another afterwards. Actually DD was on every corner, so it was easy to pull off. But I suffered serious culture shock once I moved to PA.\\n\\nSo I was really excited to see this one in Enola and made a stop the other day before visiting a friend at the nearby hospital. I almost skipped up the lot to the front door in anticipation! But when I walked in all 4 staff members were engaged in a heated discussion about who knows what, and I waited for what felt like way too long since there were 4 PEOPLE WORKING.\\n\\nJust before I lost my cool and made that universal sound for “Wake up people!” You know the sound… the one that is half “cough” and half “ahemmmm” But before I did, a young lady came over and said “oh I didn’t see you there!” (“Uh, yep. I know that).\\n\\nBut I quickly forgot the wait because she was apologetic, friendly, efficient, and made my coffee perfectly .\\n\\nSo I’m going to return. Maybe not every day, and not as my sole coffee spot with so many others around - (I prefer to SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES in the area and we have several great coffee spots in town)\\n\\nBut if I happen down that area again, I’ll pull in. The drive through this time. My horn will get someone’s attention, right . I’m thinking I won’t really need it though.\\n\\n4 stars if I don’t ?

As much of a Dunkin' fan as I am I'm extremely disappointed in this particular location. They did not have a single item I asked for. She explained they are not items they carry and probably never will. How does a Dunkin' not have white cream filled anything. It's a signature of the brand after the coffee. Needless to say I will not return to this location. I really don't like to give a bad review, the truth is just that, the truth. My obligation to myself as a Google Guide is to always be objective in my experiences. This was a heartfelt disappointment ?.

There was no wait in line but I sat in drive thru for almost 5 minutes before being helped, then I wanted munchkins and all they had were chocolate and cinnamon sprinkle, they were grossly dried out and stale. I will never go back to that Dunkin

I can literally see this Dunkin' Donuts from my house, yet we drive right by it and go the whole way to the one on the Pike instead. Not only does that end up being faster (the Holy Spirit one will take you 20 minutes even if there's only one person in front of you in line), but they actually have donuts. We've gone here twice when they were out of glazed. Gave us a variety pack of munchkins without either chocolate or blueberry once also. Don't waste your time or soul—which you'll feel you lost some of halfway through your visit—by going here.

The worst Dunkin in PA, this place is run by incompetent employees who have no regard to the customer. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second time that happens. Got there, and the parking lot is empty, so is the drive through, i was the only one there, stood in front of the ordering speaker for a good 30 seconds, no one answers...i said hello, then a lady said \\\"we will be right with you sir..\\\" and that's it....i waited for a good 6 minutes!! which i usually don't, i kept myself busy with the phone to see how long this would last.....6 minutes not a single answer or even a courtesy word!!! none, still not a single one in the drive through.... i decided to drive to the window!! there 3 employees laughing and talking, not a single care in the world!!\\nDo not go there, i hope the owner reads these words which i doubt by the amount of bad reviews this location has.\\nNever again.

Not the 1st time I have had issues here. I ordered through the mobile app to pick up on my way to work. It says drive thru is the only pick up option which is fine and what I needed. I get there and nobody is in line. I get to the order kiosk and say my name for the mobile order and the lady asks me to come inside and I said sure. I am thinking there is a problem with my order. I park and go inside to and see an order on the counter and start checking to see of its mine. I hear \\\"that's all yours\\\" from my right. The 2 girls working are both sitting at the counter by the window on their phone. So I had to park and go in and they couldn't bring my order to the window because they didn't want to get up? So I say thanks and go to my car. Then I find that they didn't give me everything I ordered so I had to go back inside and ask for it. No apologies or anything said,, but they gave me what I needed and then sat back down at the counter by the window. This service recieved was a joke.

Donuts great! Iced tea tastes like coffee — Yuk! Second time so I know it’s not just a\ Fluke!!! And why no lemons???
