My wife and I went for her birthday. The food .was good, while the service and atmosphere were amazing. The portions were average sized, but the food tasted really good. I don't remember the name.of the dish that I ate, but it was pork. I chose the large size, which I initially thought was small for.$24.00. However, there was an adequate amount of meat which was seasoned and cooked very well. It reminded me of goulash that I ate growing up. We also ordered the mushroom appetizer and the olive one. I love mushrooms, but the olive appetizer was better because it was warm and seasoned well. The mushroom dish is served cold, and it is a bit vinegary Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos. The service and decor.are excellent; we felt very relaxed and were able to talk. The server took our photo, and gave my wife a complimentary piece of lemon (cake?), which my wife loved and really wouldn't share with me apart from one bite, lol
I was in town for a meeting and we wanted to try them for dinner. We really liked the small plate concept and the building looks clean and nice but not overly fancy. The service was great and everyone was nice. Our server was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Sangria, the flavor is really mellow tasted more like juice. My next cocktail was the Fresca Rosamaria and it was delicious, great flavor, kick of spice and not too much Rosemary! For dinner I had the Hangersteak, cooked medium, with asparagus and potatoes. The steak came out medium well, and even with the pesto on top, everything was very bland. It all lacked salt and some sort of flavor which was disappointing, especially for the price. I ordered Tiramisu for dessert, and it was fantastic! The coffee flavor wasn't overpowering and the bit of salt on top really elevated the flavor! I would possibly try them again if I was in town but maybe just for drinks and dessert.
The Cork and Fork Osteria is a great find. They have awesome cocktails, which are $2 off at happy hour. The pizza was fantastic, especially their vegetarian happy hour special. They take reservations, which are probably recommended on a weekend.
We love the food and atmosphere at Cork & Fork. We USED TO also love the happy hour, that was until theybruined it by making it less of a good deal. Instead of $8 cocktails, you now receive a measly $2 off. We will attend happy hour less frequently now and will spend less money when we attend. The food is still good, we are just disappointed in the change.
I’ve been here several times now and it never disappoints. I always love splitting some charcuterie with my friend to start and having some wine. Their cocktails are delicious also and so creative. I love their scallop risotto dish and their pizzas also. My husband and I will also go hear for happy hour to get a cheap pizza and some lower priced cocktails.
The food was pretty good. Pesto Caesar Salad lacked dressing. Scallops in the Scallop risotto were perfect but the risotto was well overcooked. Cocktails were nice but took an incredible amount of time to get. Service was nice.
Great place. Awesome food- small plates to share.
My good friend and I came here for a friend date night, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, as were the beverages, and our waiter Jesse was very attentive and personable. Great experience
This were first timers here. We had a great little server, Gretchen, very friendly and funny. Everyone ordered something different..Scallops and risotto, Roasted beet salad with pistachios and whipped goat cheese, The Bolognese and the Carne pizza. Drinks were exceptional, Mandarin Old Fashioned and Four Point Sour and you knew you were getting your moneys worth. Only negative was a bit noisy but hey it happens. Definitely will be back.
The salad was fine. I have ordered an avocado salad. I didn’t taste the avocado at all. The waitress made a mistake ordering. But, anyway, DO NOT order the mussel pasta. I wanted to throw up when I have tried it. My plate was not even touched, yet they charged me for it. The whole concept of trying an Italian restaurant failed in my point of view.
