Employees refused to help a blind customer place an order, even after customer explained he was unable to use their online ordering (still only doing online orders) due to disability. They said they would absolutely not take his order in person then walked away. Other customers had to place his order for him online.
ordered two veggie bowels online at the store since they refused to accept order in store.one veggie bowl had meat piecesboth bowel had no veggie or no fajita veggie or no guacamole included in the both the order even it was mentioned while placing order.This happened second time that they put meat pieces in veggie bowl. (first time at carlile store in mechanicsburg, so we went o order in camp hill store this time).I usually don't write review but this is frequent problem and things were done wrong with having knowledge. We have to put some lettuce at home to one bowl but my wife who doesn't eat meat has to cook to eat that night.find images of meat pieces and order details.we used to love Chipotle, but kind of losing trust and taste.I hope it helps others.
I do not recommend ordering delivery or DoorDashing, we are not blaming the dasher because all our food plus the bag was untouched, my friend just ordered almost an hour ago and she ordered a burrito bowl, she also had put add ins, and the burrito bowl showed up as just meat, like I don’t know who runs the chipotle over there, but they need to get their act together,as well as the employees who handle the food and when she went to report it to door dash the only thing they could do was refund her 10$ and some odd cents she paid 40 something dollars, and that’s all she gets in return. She and I will never be ordering from this chipotle again. Full disclosure I have friends in the food service industry and they agree that the experience we just encountered was BS.
Seems like this Chipotle is extremely poorly managed. Every time I’ve ordered delivery from this location there’s been an issue- overcooked rice, brown guacamole, missing items, etc. I’ve called many, many times and they’ve never answered the phone. And every time I’ve visited the location in the evening I’ve been told to “order pickup online” (which makes absolutely no sense) and then it doesn’t even work because they’re out of everything.The staff always seems nice and are polite, which is the only reason I give it a 2/5 instead of a 1/5. Otherwise, by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever visited.
Sign on the door saying only taking online orders which is fine... being rude is not. Both workers were short with several people and basically yelled at a small child for coming in trying to order. Also gave the wrong order to both my wife and I. Written on the top "sorry out of tacos" and made a bowl. We were 5 minutes away before we realized this and were given no utensils to eat with. Not a good experience.
Over the past few months we've ordered to go, until recently it was the only option, and the quality is just no where close to what it use to be. The portion sizes are not up to par and there are toppings missing from the order.
This place has gotten worse over time. I ordered a bowl online which I hate to do but every time I show up to order in person they are online orders only. My daughter is picky so I order a bowl with white rice, chicken and cheese. They skimp on everything and when you're not there to see them make your bowl you get cheated. There are 4 pieces of chicken in this bowl! 4! I am angry and will not go there again. Terrible service. $10 for rice and cheese. ?
2 days in a row can't use any of the high tops due to they didn't put their deliveries away in the back, to go orders are on the other not on to go rack, 3rd high top filled with new hire brochures. Nothing is clean at all. Out of steak, out of veggies, out of lettuce. Staff is full of attitude said they won't make a cheese quesadea unless you do app, which is a total lie. While i was here 2 other families left without ordering.... This is a dumpster fire of a location, total lack of management
The service is rough here. Generally out of items, the pick up times are all over the place, the parking lot too small with the amount of people that wait. Im currently almost at an hour point for an order that said 20 minutes. I only ordered 2 items. Feel bad for the staff. They gave someone wrong order. Now they have to fix that. We were just told you can only cancel through the app. Three people just walked out. A lot of people waiting, always like this.
The last few times we’ve ordered via delivery our orders have either been messed up or the portions are substantially smaller than what you would get dinning in.Tonight was no exception. 2 items from my order were missing and I found a few pieces of cheese in my dish (I’m dairy intolerant). I love chipotle, but am really disappointed with this location.
