Girl working the register (with the curly hair and glasses, receipt says her name is Nevaeh) was very rude. She was very judgmental when I asked for things not to be on my sandwich. It’s one thousand percent not her business and makes me want to NEVER spend my money at this establishment again. Maybe she should spend a little less time with her AirPods in and focus more attention to treating guests properly. Would give this experience 0 stars if I could.
Went to order food and watch the guy wipe his nose on his bare hands. We left we didn't even order food frim there.
The workers are so friendly as I use to work housekeeping in the mall and would order from Charley's Cheesesteaks the food is always delicious defiantly would recommend ordering from them
The original Philly Cheesteak was cheap steak and the cheese was not Cheez Whiz. No grilled onions or hot peppers Was not anywhere near a cheesteak that you would get in Philly.. The Fries and Lemonade were good but the combo meal was way overpriced. Wont go there again
First they wouldn’t honor coupon that they have in fundraiser books. We said fine and paid the full price. As we were waiting for our food, we saw the cashier (who had been handling money) turn around and touch food without gloves. Wish we had walked away. Don’t even want to eat the food we paid for.
Staff is always friendly any time I go, I usually mobile order and its always ready on time!
Man at the register was rude. Soda lid was not put on correctly and it spilled. When I went to get napkins, this man refused to let me take more than 2. I returned my meal and was not given a refund. Horrible service, horrible manager. Don't go there
This place has the audacity to claim they're the #1 cheesesteak. In. The. World. They're not even the best cheesesteak on the West Shore, let alone in Central PA, so they can forget about outdoing anything served up 90 miles to the southeast.
