My kids like Auntie Anne's, I think it's too unhealthy, but the occasional "treat" is fine.On this day, despite being fully staffed, they ran out of basic pretzel nuggets and asked us to wait with others ahead of us in line also waiting. That's was fine until they began giving out the freshly baked pretzels it to the people behind us in line and made no attempt to fill our order or the people waiting before and after us. We inquired and got our order, so it was fine, but it took so much time we had to leave the mall entirely and need to go back to finish our shopping.
Terrible and I mean terrible time management. Fulfilling mobile orders before taking care of customers standing in front of you. I waited in line 30 min to order and staff is a rude. Do not recommend this place anymore.
Hit or miss, More often than not. Rude to online orders.
I've always had great service with every trip I make to get their pretzels. They're always fresh pretzels when I make a mobile order and the employees are very nice. If the line is long, I might be waiting a bit for them to get to me. But when they do, it's so simple and easy. I wish they would expand the physical business so the employees would have more room to move.
Thankful for the hard working & kind staff ?? they were out of classic pretzels when we arrived, but they were quick to make us delicious fresh ones! Thank you all
I love the pretzel nuggets but am annoyed the people at the counter won't just take my order instead of suggesting I buy a large when I ask for a small pretzel nuggets. WHAT PART OF SMALL DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND??? But that isn't the worker's fault I suppose they are told to do that. Still it is very annoying. On 1-25-22 the cashier looked horrified when I handed her two dimes, one nickle, and four pennies for the .29 needed of my $4.29 SMALL pretzel nuggets order (she tried to have me change to large even though I put the exact change down for her). Luckily there was no line since it took her quite a while to count the change like she never got coins before. (They have a sign up begging for change due to the coin shortage!) Then she gives me two cents back when she rings it up! I explain to her two dimes, one nickel and FOUR pennies are 29 cents. She silently takes the pennies back and drops them in their charity donation box like I can't count and she won't bother keeping them. I saw on my receipt she typed in I gave her .31 cents.Give them a $20 and they give me an attitude. Give them exact change and they can't count!
Food was fine other than being handed the wrong drink. However the employees were rude and didn't listen, which is why I got the wrong drink. There was no line either, which now after ordering it's not a shock. The older lady who is probably the manager was real rude the other day to which is probably why the other employees act the way the do. Won't come back to this Auntie Anne's.
This store is terribly run. I was told fresh pretzels would be ready in 5 minutes so I waited. When I asked about my order the staff just shrugged their shoulders and kept standing around saying they were waiting for more pretzels to be done. 30 minutes later I finally received pretzels. Horrible service.
I've always loved their soft pretzels and sweet tea and my daughter loves their pretzel dogs
Employees are crazy! Not responding on orders. I have waited for almost 40 minutes for just 2 small things.Don’t go here.
