Third time in a row steak was terrible. This was “medium well” dry as could be. Offered new one but of course takes forever but you do get an apology and a $60 check. Waiter disappeared for long stretches. Will drive to Cranberry before going back.
Dinner was wonderful. We were greeted by a very kind and friendly lady I believe her name was Kelsey. Our waitress tori was great as well. There was no wait time and we were seated immediately. In addition the rolls we smackin as they always are. The Caesar salad was a 10 / 10 and our entrees were even better. Dinner was so good we left with the plates clean.
Been coming here from the day it opened. Over the course of the past year the service has been declining. And it’s the service of timely meals being prepared. I actually worked here when it first opened. There was a timeline 10-12min for your entree. I get times change. And Covid destroyed so much. And everyone is short staff. Prices went up and quality went down. Took 50min for med rare steaks. Came out well done!!

This is one our favorite area steakhouses. It does tend to be a busy place so I do recommend using their call ahead seating. (This is not a reservation, it just puts you on the list for a table)The food always tastes great and the service is generally great. During this visit there appeared to be an extensive amount of new employees and I always feel like there are too many employees on each shift. The hostess desk is always chaotic and has too many employees standing around doing nothing, which makes waiting for a table more irritating. The servers and bartenders always seem attentive and friendly. I just feel things would run more smoothly if there were less, better trained employees on each given shift. The atmosphere just seems to cause more anxiety than necessary sometimes.
Food was good, the wait which I figured would be fairly long for a Sunday evening wasn't too bad only around 30 minutes which was fine I didn't mind it was busy. We placed our order for drinks I order HI-C what I got was watered down and didn't taste anything like orange at all. We were asked if we wanted more rolls we told our server yes please the rolls are so good, didn't receive them till our food showed up about 10 minutes later the service today wasn't great but maybe it was because it was Sunday and a bit busy. All in all not my favorite experience for this restaurant chain.
Food is good! We went on a Monday evening at dinner time. It was not busy and the food came out quickly. Service was great. Extremely attentive servers. Super nice! Restaurant and bathroom are pretty dirty, though. The bathrooms were so bad we didn't end up using them.
Best place to eat. They really should be at the top for ribs. They are amazing. If I could only choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it would be a grilled chicken Caesar salad. It is by far , my favorite thing to eat. The chicken, the dressing. EVERYTHING about it. I get it to go alot
I used to really like this place. It's been going downhill for quite a while. The steaks are just okay at best. There's no seasoning, they don't even salt them. Its just plain meat cooked?This particular experience was terrible. All 10 of us. Every single one had overcooked steaks. It's a steak place. It's literally what they do.The topper was the mouse on the floor live that I threw my napkin over and picked up and gave to a busboy to dispose of. Later we heard from a waitress that they were playing with it in the back.Later a waitress dropped an entire tray of drinks on my head. It was an accident and stuff happens but the insult was that after everything they knocked $25 off my bill. In my experience when something goes wrong restaurants are pretty generous about taking care of you. Comping the bill, gift certificates or something. Apparently the capture and return of their pet mouse and a tray of drinks is worth $25.It gets 2 stars instead of one because the sauteed mushrooms were great.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had so far from this place. Server would rather be talking on her phone than serving the 2 tables she had. The food was sub par at best. She only came to give us our check after dropping our food off, couldn’t even tell her that it was bad to get it fixed before the bill came.
