Ordered drive thru, was okay until one of us went to take something from the bag and all fell apart, wasn't wrapped good then the Doritos taco I ordered fell apart. If I wanted a taco salad I would've ordered one from down the road. Never returning again. EVER
Staff is great but I would order ahead and pick up. Sometimes I get stick in the drive thru for 10 + mins. It would be easier to pick up if the dining room was open even just for online orders
We've never had an order right the first time. Usually at least 2 items are missing other times like tonight half the order is missing.
The individual taking our order was very rude and quickly rushed us on our order. Multiple times they gave us the total price before we were finished placing our order. Customer service skills with the above listed individual needs training. The individual who took our payment and handed us the food was nice mannered and patient with us.
One of the biggest issues over the course of the past 14 years at this location has been their inability to consistently serve in a timely manner. Wait times exceed Taco Bell suggested standards, and drive thru (even pre_pandemic) is an agonizing crawl, sometimes exceeding 20 minutes from order to reception.Years prior this location women awards for safety and service standards...if they're continuing to do so, then I have to assume bribery is involved.
I don’t normally have issues at this location, but the last two times I have attempted to order from here, they’ve been closed, despite the recent submissions from the owners to Google about operating hours.I’m really discouraged from ever trying to go there again.
I went to finally try the breakfast burritos they have been advertising everywhere and they were CLOSED! They said their hours were 9am to 9:30pm BUT at 9:30am they still weren't open! Your quality has been declining, so I thought I would try giving you another chance. Not wasting my time anymore.
I ordered online before leaving my house which is about 15 minutes from my Taco Bell. I pulled up said my name and I had to wait 30 min while everyone else got there’s right away. Absolutely ridiculous!
Dining room was Still Closed...But... Drive Thru was up & running . Food was Hot & Fresh.The Down-Side !!2 orders of 3 Tacos & a Drink was 20 Bucks
I love their food but the drive thru here is always a disaster. I am very disappointed that they eliminated a lot of their selections. The prices are quickly spinning out of control.
