Where do I start? I waited approximately 5 minutes today for someone to come out and get my order. They were more interested in talking to each other than taking my order. The one came out of the bathroom never washed there hands I asked him to kindly change his gloves but he didn’t. While I was getting my sub the guy was talking about an employee rudely. I thought employees where suppose to get along. Ive come in here before the one girl I believe her name Chloe was highly disrespectful and kept fouling around.
Ordered lunch from there through DoorDash and not a single thing in the bag was what I had ordered. Then I tried for over an hour to call them to resolve the issue and got a busy signal every time. Horrible customer service
Very unprofessional coworkers 2 coworkers cassie and one other girl with no nametag visible were talking about putting expired meats and veggies ontop of the new veggies and meat that they just put on the line even though the item was expired. They are not washing there hands before making subs and they wear there masks below there nose which shouldnt be allowed due to covid. The one coworker does not wear gloves when wrapping the subs which is over all disgusting
Becuase even though we went back for the money we were owed and when we went back they still didn't give us are total back (bad serves)
What restaurant closes mid dinner time?? Even now with covid, why close at the time people are on their way home from work and looking at dinner options.
