So, of the other 50 or so Starbucks I've visited this month, this was the only one that said the caramel drizzle was disconnected. It's a fan favorite with my customers so to hear this from just one store doesn't sound right. More like a they don't want to make this. They did have some cups I had not seen before.
If I want fresh and tasty I go here . Good sandwiches and pastries never disappointed . And yes I am a real customer .

You can walk in - order and wait forever until a mobile order is filled or even the line in drive Through. The drive thru and mobile order should be for convenience, but no lt get in front of a actual walk in customers . Isn’t this how your business was built but people walking in an purchasing ??? Very frustrating on how this process is built by corporate
Need more cashier's and less self checkout. Other than waiting thirty minutes to check out it was good. The older cashier's are quicker than the young ones and friendlier.
I ordered two iced chocolate almond milk shaken espressos on the mobile app today. I ordered no ice in them, and asked for ice on the side, which they provided. My husband prefers light ice and says they always put too much in. However, after adding my own ice in the drink, there seemed to be maybe a grande's worth of liquid in the cups. Definately disappointed.
Besides the line that wraps around the building for drive-thru it was a relatively quick and simple experience. Coffee was good, I never get Starbucks, so they made it easier for me to order what I know.
It's not often I get to come here but when I do it always superb! I really wished their was one in the kittanning area!
Everytime I get coffee here I'm disappointed. Example last coffee drink I got I spent 8 dollars and the coffee tasted horrible and was cold. Bought my own espresso machine the next day and won't be back.
Staff is always great even when they are slammed and usually quick! Every drink I've gotten has been as ordered and of course my kiddos love the cake pops
Hours can vary at times, the drive-through line can be long at times. Overall not a bad place.
