Went there on a Tuesday morning with my dad, the front and rear seating were full but we managed to get a booth. The 3 servers were doing their best, with a smile, to feed everyone. We were there to have the steak and eggs, which we had heard were excellent, and wow, just wow! They call it Black Nugget (not Black Diamond) steak, and it comes in 4 or 8 oz. The 4 oz is enough for breakfast, and it came cooked perfectly, with no nerves, just juicy and delicious. They have a long list of bread choices, which is great. We were curious about the buckwheat cakes, so we ordered a small stack on the side. They seemed to be dry so we had to really slather them with syrup. Finally, we were very happy with our choice at this restaurant. One note, however: they charge you an extra $1.35 if you pay with a credit card (it said a « non cash » charge). This should be mentioned on the menu or by the server when you indicate that you’ll pay with a card, and not a « surprise » when you sign for the credit slip. That being said, go to this restaurant and get the steak and eggs, you won’t be sorry!
I have been going here for 4 years and it has always been the best. Todays experience with the server was terrible. She came to take our order with no menus and had an attitude. I asked for lightly toasted toast and crispy bacon and was brought the opposite. I said something and she acted upset that I even said anything. Then she gave me my receipt for $27.42 and after I paid I looked at what she charged me and there was a non cash adjustment and have seen that before. The rest of the staff has always been great.
Had a fantastic breakfast and experience!! It was our first visit tried the sausage and biscuits, the omelet, cinnamon roll pancake, and French toast!!! All were sooo good enjoyed everything . The service was kind and so helpful!! All fresh made. Cannot wait to go back for a waffle and to get my hands on some of the homemade pie. We saw some lunch foods go by as well that looked so good as well!
We just had brunch today and the food was WONDERFUL!! Very generous portions and reasonable prices. We will definitely return!

Omelets are very good & very unique with ingredients (peppers, onions, etc) being almost like they're put thru a blender. A whole different taste, but not in a negative way. Coffee was STRONG but FRESH - in other words, very good! Server was oitstanding too.
Excellent service and food. The plates of food were large. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast.
