We went for Father's day over lunch. I will say that the food was great but very slow on actually getting the food to our table. Where the issue was the most was our customer service. The server seemed not to put the order in correctly plus she kept putting water into the Sierra Mist drinks of my mom and sister in law. I just feel waiting nearly 1 hour and 10 minutes for food is a little long being that they where not that busy yet when we got there.
Did takeout, was 25 minutes late and not that hot. Ordered the coconut shrimp, they were rather cold, also ordered 2 sides of fries there was barely enough to consider 1 side of fries. On top of all that they charged me for the wrong order then had to have it refunded then pay for my own food.
Took forever to get our food and my shrimp scampi wasn't hot my butter on my baked potato didn't really melt
I went here on Valentine’s Day by myself, my server decided to take off his mask and sit down at my table.. clearly on something. He begins to tell me how he’s gonna start an orphanage, a troubled youth home, a shelter for women. That’s great and all but it was so obvious he was lying just for a bigger tip. I don’t mind a bad server but I went there specifically for crab legs. I got my pound and a half of crab legs and I noticed as I started cracking them open, almost half of the legs didn’t have meat in them or a quarter size of meat compared to the shell it was in. Pretty disappointed with this, just wanted to have a nice Valentine’s Day by myself for the first time in 10 years and couldn’t even do that
This was my first time dining at this particular Red Lobster. We were their for lunch and had a party of 6. They were not busy at all. The server was nice but she forgot numerous things...coffee, salads, water. When we would remind her to get them she took a long time to bring them. Our appetizers, salads and main course then all came out at the same time and when the waitress realized that she forgot an entrée she left the food setting on the tray for a few minutes before returning. Most of the food was good except for the 2 Baja shrimp bowls, they were not fully cooked and had no sauce. I get this particular dish often at the DuBois, PA Red Lobster so I knew it wasn't right. The last thing that happened was when we asked for a coffee refill from our waitress another server, after about 5 minutes, came over and slammed the coffee pot down on our table and then left. The waitress was even shocked that we were pouring our own coffee when she finally came back to our table. I'm not usually one to complain, especially with how things are economy wise, but this just wasn't a good experience at all.
Trevor gave me fantastic service as a DoorDasher. We quickly solved the problem with my customer's order and he got me on the way! Cheers!
They take reservations and are fast in seating. The meals are never disappointing. Our drinks were very watered down. The waiter was fast and friendly.
My son and I order to go from this location about once every two months and we are never disappointed! We actually got to go there tonight and the service was the best it's ever been, everyone was happy and helpful! The food was fantastic too!
I loved our waitress this time! She definitely likes her job. Love the food, as usual.
Had some good food and not a long wait time for a Sunday. Was bummed they didn't have the glaze for their brussel sprouts but they still tasted good. Good service, friendly staff.
