The employees at this shop are very friendly and do their best to provide the best service they possibly can. Anyone who’s complaining is literally just looking for things to complain about. We’re all humans and makes mistakes, however the city of butler is filled with just hateful and lazy people, who take their anger out on food businesses because they have nothing better to do.
Their app tried to charge me over $180 for my $35 order. Of the 4 charges, 0 of them were for the amount of my order... Then, after they drained my account for EVERY PENNY, the store told me they never got my order, and I was out of luck. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. I used to work for them, and their pizza is my favorite, hands down. Still, never again.
The order was exactly what I asked for and the delivery was quick and arrived warm!
Bases on this experience there will be NO next visit/delivery. I placed my order for one meat lovers pan pizza at 1:19 pm. Estimated delivery was 40 - 50 minutes. At 2:45 I tried to call and check on my order. Call was answered and hung up. At 3:15 pm my order arrived. Pizza was overcooked AND cold.
The guy that answered the phone sounds higher than a kite. The food was good though.
I ordered from the Pizza Hut on West Cunningham Street in Butler, Pennsylvania usually the food is awesome but this time there was a LIVE cockroach in my pizza!!!! I called the store and the manager refused to refund my purchase just gave me store credit um no I will NEVER order from you people again!!
The food of course but, the staff (at the register in particular) makes s point to smile, even behind a mask it shows. That little slice of joy makes the whole pizza taste even better! Stay safe
Pizza was undercooked, 2nd time I've ordered from here that the bread sticks were completely bare of seasoning. The boneless wings were good. Not sure I'll be ordering again because $4.99 delivery fee + tax + tip on top of the already expensive food to get subpar quality and a chance of food poisoning just isn't worth it.

My pizza was terrible!!!!!! Seems like it was sitting there all day and they threw it in the oven for 5 minutes I picked it up. Worst pizza I ever had
