Service here is top notch! The man at the counter gave me a discount on my cheese sticks, just because. I also had a nice conversation with him while I waited for my food. Definitely coming back here in the future.
They have an online promotion going on right now for 2 large pizzas and you order it online and go to pick it up but they charge you full price. This business definitely isn't run like it used to be. I'm so disappointed!!!!
Store was awesome the company that answers was totally unprofessional when she got our total $6 more then we asked why all she could do is laugh. We ended up going to the store and order always great service at store.
Easy in/out parking lot for self pick up. Bought the fund raising card for Butler and got a BOGO NY style pizza.Everyone was nice and the pizza was excellent

I don't understand why they want outsiders who can barely speak English taking their orders? It's not good for business I hung up because they kept saying the same thing over and over maybe I need to open up a Restaurant that treats their customers with respect and food handmade not premade and sent to there location I am disgusted with it My advice call Pizza Joe's or Pizza Plus in Butler PA MICK
I don't mind an answering service for a business. But what I do not find professional are the people taking your order over the phone that do not speak clearly to you. And do not wait for your full and proper response. They should have a copy of a current menu at reach so that they do not question you over and over and say let me put you on hold while I go look at the system.They need to be more focused at quality customer service and not in a rush. Especially on weekends and close to closing time. I do not like ordering on line and not thrilled with the phone in anymore.

I went there for the first time and they wowed me with the professional, friendly and helpful attitude from start of order to last they even brought my order out to my car I ordered pizza for 8 12th graders they brought my pizza out to me with plates and napkins I wasnt expecting that Thank you much papa John's I didn't get the names of the 2 gentlemen that were there but big shout out to them for there help and kindness ? ?
Ordered online takeout, clearly says pepperoni pizza ?, what I really got. Someone can't read, sure they pay pretty good but shouldn't pay because of someone being illiterate!!!
